This 900 square foot unit has everything you need for a fantastic vacation! Included is an assigned parking space for one vehicle, mini-split AC units, fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, washer and dryer, and more! There is one queen bed and two twin beds for your use.

This unit is on the first floor of a 2-story house. A pool table is included for your enjoyment. It is located just a block from Piazza della Famiglia, which is considered the heart of Little Italy! Beautiful cobblestone streets lined with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and incredible food, is what you should expect just steps from this listing. Although we do offer a parking spot, a car is absolutely not required as everything is in walking distance to this gem!

Great location with lots to do
This is a great little VRBO with all the things a family from Montana needed. It is right on the heart of Little Italy. Walking distance to so many things!! Due to location you can catch an Uber very easily as well. We loved the ease of jumping on the Interstate or just traveling the neighborhoods near by. The floor is thin so you can hear lots happening upstairs but there was no late night activity or early morning nonsense. The garbage system of only being available on the morning was foreign to us but talking to the neighbors we figured out a solution. Overall great experience!!!

Amazing location, great hosts
This place is fantastic. The beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed and it was the perfect home base for exploring San Diego. It is a little quirky, but you can't beat the location (you can almost see the Little Italy fountain from the front of the building). It is daylight level (partly below ground), which we didn't mind at all. The parking was just a few steps away on the ground level in a garage next door (super convenient).

Great apartment, location
Everything about the place is great, pool table, kitchen, new air conditioners -- and especially location. Parking is right next door. You don't need a car to get around in Little Italy. Second time, and we will be back again!

Midway Get Away
We were very pleased with our stay! Very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. washer and dryer a big bonus. My husband LOVES baseball, so we both enjoyed the memorabilia. Luckily nothing Dodgers! Little Italy is basically across the street. We brought our teenage grandsons to visit the Midway and they loved the pool table. Sorry to leave and we will be back.

Great little apartment in great neighborhood
My family greatly enjoyed this apartment and the ease of parking in the garage next door. The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Don't use a GPS when trying to get there. Just use a map and start further down on Columbus and you will be just fine.

Fantastic location, steps away from Little Italy
Everything was as in the pictures. Had a little issue with water leaking in through the walls but hey it never rains in San Diego, except this time. The owner was extremely responsive and went above to fix and make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Cozy in the city
It was a small apartment, but it had absolutely everything you could want. A fully equipped and spiced out kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms, and a whole pool table. Some nights it was tough deciding if we should go out or enjoy the apartment. But the place was literally a 10 second walk from the heart of little Italy. We got breakfast every morning at the square, and got drinks and ice cream every night. It was so conveniently placed, it was impossible to make excuses about going out

We loved that we could just walk, safely, to reach any food our hearts desired. Easy access to all of downtown and points beyond. We are major sports fans and l Ioved all the memorabilia, each day discovering something new. We hope to come back again.

Perfect location in San Diego
The location is perfect, in the middle of Little Italy. It is a very nice and safe neighborhood. You can walk anywhere from here. For a little more than the cost of a hotel, you can have lots more room in this sporty apartment. The kitchen had all that was needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this unit was excellent as it is close to the Piazza of Little Italy. This is a happening place of the San Diego hot spots. The unit itself has many positive features and amenities conducive for a good nights rest and conveniences. The style is sporty and retro.

Well equipped rental in a great neighborhood
The rental worked out well. Nicely furnished and equipped. Fun baseball themed decor. It is a basement unit so no real views out. It is in the Little Italy vibrant neighborhood so can be noisy on the weekends. Unit was reasonably quiet.

Little Italy is the Best
This was my third time renting a house/condo in San Diego & my favorite by far. Absolutely loved this place, the location, & the dedicated parking spot just steps from the house. Comfy beds, very clean, a/c (which is hard to find in many San Diego rentals), washer/dryer, well stocked, pool table, awesome decor, reclining love seat, & the neighborhood vibe is the best. I was here to move my son into college. We spent every evening in the beautiful plaza on the corner, eating dinner, enjoying the nice weather, music, & community atmosphere. My only suggestion is to bring beach towels if you're planning on visiting the coast as we didn't find any in the house (I didn't ask the owner, so maybe we just didn't look in the right place, but it wasn't a big concern). Lots to do & see within walking distance, including the harbor. I definitely plan on staying here again.
