Could have used a couple more pillows, and a combination of fluffier and firmer ones wld have been nice. Even my gf agreed that the pillows were too flat and provided little support. Other than that everything was perfect.

We checked out early after one night stay here due to the conditions of the facility. The hallway smelled of dirty diapers, the beds were beyond uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The front lobby was filled with several children running around playing “football” with a stuffed animal to which we could not even access the elevator. Very disappointing all around.

It had a beautiful lobby. I like being able to go to a restaurant inside. I had a lamp that one of the bulb didn't work, requested for them to fix it didn't happen.

My balcony was great. I had an end room so the balcony was HUGE. Didn't like there wasn't a continental breakfast but the Cafe food was decent if you're hungry.
