My group and I loved the location to all the great restaurants like pizza, port, Hodads and the noodle Company, as well as the location to the beach where I would walk every morning with my coffee in hand. And the rooftop area was a great place for doing Pilates. We totally stay there again. Looking forward to visiting again.

Property was perfect for our group the teenagers loved the lofts. There was plenty of space to have your own area and not feel crowded. Great location. Beach and dining and shopping within walking distance and the rooftop deck let us enjoy beautiful sunsets and fireworks shows.

Best Spot in Ocean Beach!
This was our second year staying here and we still love it! It is in walking distance to everything you need and has all needed ammenities inside. Even though it is small, the many floors and amazing rooftop make it the best spot for friends or family to enjoy. Great spot as always and Pedro responds extremlly fast if needed!

Perfect Location!
The house was the perfect location two blocks away from the beach! Restaurants we’re easy walking distance and there was a convenience store right across the street. The rooftop area was our favorite and we enjoyed bbq there and watching the sunset! The place was quirky and fun with the ladders and loft beds. Would stay here again!

Perfect fun house
I stayed with a group of 9 gals in our 30s and I have never enjoyed a rental more in my life! All the lofts and stairs made it all the more fun and I felt like a kid away at camp. We had all the amenities necessary plus more! The outdoor shower, rooftop, and proximity to the beach were a huge plus. Beds were also very comfortable and the place was a lot more spacious than I expected. I would absolutely love to stay again.

Wonderful stay
I recently stayed at this property with a few of my friends while celebrating my birthday. The house is so cute and in a great location. There’s an outdoor shower connected to one of the rooms and it is magical. The house has everything you need. There’s rooftop access which is great for sun and fun. A short walking distance to the beach and a bunch of bars and restaurants. Also just a quick drive or Uber ride to everything in San Diego. I will for sure stay here the next time I’m in town.

Great house in an easy location in OB. Lots of little boutiques, coffee shops, and good food within walking distance. The house has many cool sleeping options! The roof deck was perfect as well. A block from the beach
This property is close to the beach and there’s a store literally across the street and stores within walking distance. On the right side of the beach is dogs beach and the left is ocean beach. The property itself is nice, very modern. It’s nice just to see it. Pedro was really good at communicating and all the instructions were pretty spot on. Definitely a place we would go back to.

Great place to stay with a group of friends. Location was awesome, close to the beach (although check algae levels before swimming) and coffee shops, liquor stores, and restaurants. The place was clean and we loved the outdoor shower. There were many levels and ladders, so be cognizant when booking if that is an issue. Bedrooms were very confusing to understand because most were just beds in cubbies or lofts. Front door a little hard to fine. Overall very easy check-in and limited check-out instructions. Great place to stay.

The door was a little difficult, and we didn’t realize that there was only one actual room & the rest were lofts. The pictures didn’t show that. However the location was great and the rooftop was nice

The property looked nothing like the pictures. Unsanitary and unmaintained. I felt like I went on a first date dressed up and showed up to the exact opposite of her portrayal on social media. Very disappointed I asked for a refund and stayed at a nearby hotel.

Fun Rental Near the Beach
This rental was great! Everything was as advertised with many levels, lots of sleeping areas for different people, a great rooftop, and good accessibility to nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and in good condition. Most definitely don’t rent this vrbo if many of your guests are unable to climb ladders or stairs. Or if small spaces are difficult to use for anyone. My group loved our rooftop. We hung out there everyday. Great bars and restaurants were walking distance! Pedro was very responsive. I requested early check-in since our flight landed earlier than 4 PM as well as late checkout/ the ability to hold our bags at the rental. I do wish he was able to give responses to these questions earlier then the day of check-in/check-out but I understand he has to communicate with his cleaning team.

Poorly maintained property
Who ever is managing this property, at best, is mediocre. I tried contacting them several times via email and the phone number listed, and got no response. The remote to the television did not work, and I was not able to connect to the WiFi. They send you a list of items to clean before you leave. However, when we arrived at the property, there were dirty towels in the washer, the dishwasher had trash in it, and there was trash all over the yard. We will not stay there again… very disappointing!

We enjoyed it, but...
This property worked fine for us and there were a lot of great things about the house, but there were definitely a few drawbacks. We still enjoyed ourselves despite the issues. The pros- great location, great view, thoughtful extras (yay for coffee before we got a chance to shop!), so many beach towels, easy parking, no ridiculous check-out list! The cons - everything is a little run down (the pictures must be from a long time ago). Not a huge deal in most cases, but the dishwasher dispenser door doesn't work, so the dishes don't get clean. The water pressure in the indoor showers is bad. BBQ pit was barely useable (it must have caught fire at some point?). No door shelves on the fridge. Dryer sounds like a freight train. Outdoor spaces need a good cleaning. Low budget pillows. The depends - We had teens, so the loft beds were fine. They didn't like them, but it worked and I thought it was a fun concept and good use of space. Definitely not a space for young kids or older folks. The property is a great idea, but executed cheaply.

Overall a fantastic location, fantastic amenities and cleanliness. Almost perfect. Only complaint is that the heater did not work. I contacted the property manager by text and through VRBO chat to inquire about it and never received a response. November is cooler and it was a little inside chilly at night.

OB PARADISE
It is absolutely beautiful, and in the best location. If you don’t want you don’t ever have to leave OB and walk everywhere. The roof top view is the best!!! You could get lost up there for hours with a bottle of wine and smoke treat!!

I debated leaving a review, but too many issues with this stay to not share! First off, if this is the property cleaned up I couldn’t imagine it before! The furniture and carpet is stained, the bathroom is missing an outlet cover directly near the sink, and the outside shower off the main bedroom is clogged and completely covered from rust dropping from the railing above. And the worst part now is that I was charged a security deposit, I’m assuming since there wasn’t any communication about it, which was then refunded as I left the place cleaner than I found it…..but then I was charged again numerous days AFTER my stay. I emailed questioning it and have not received a response. The only word that now comes to mind is…..SCAM! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! FIND ANYWHERE BETTER!!!!
