Lyft or Uber will arrive in 3 mins and you’ll always return to a warm heated pool year round.
This fantastic 4/2 has an open floor plan with full wall windows and french doors to the private backyard pool and patio. Chic furnishings complimented by charming large round dining table that seats 7+.
ALL cable too!

The Space:
The house is all single level inside and outside to the pool. Lots of light and fitful gorgeous original Rich Buchwald art in every room.

Guest Access:
Guests may access 100% of the property.

The Neighborhood:
We are very close to La Jolla, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach...10 mins on average. This is very central for everything that San Diego has to offer.
Even the wild animal park is just 30 mins away. There is also a wonderful community park in walking distance ...you can see it near you on the maps app....Olive Grove Park.

Getting Around:
You can walk, ride a bike or scooter to the nearby shops and restaurants.
For partying downtown I recommend Lyft or Uber...they hang out here in Clairemont because it’s central and typically arrive in 3 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
The pool cleaner comes on Monday & Friday. They will enter the backyard through a side gate.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available typically 8am until 11pm and live less than a mile away. I’m happy to bring over anything that will make your stay most comfortable from a cup of sugar to extra pack n plays.
