Additionally, for the comfort and security of all guests, we require that every person staying at our property be added to the listing and generally be over 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent.

While an exterior Ring security camera is positioned to monitor the front door entrance, guaranteeing the safety and adherence to occupancy limits, there are no cameras inside the home whatsoever. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Furthermore, we have a Minut noise monitor discreetly installed on the ceiling between the living room and kitchen. This device solely monitors noise levels to ensure they do not reach inappropriate levels that might disturb our neighbors. It does not record or monitor any conversations. Both the exterior camera and the noise monitor will remain active throughout your stay and must not be removed or disabled under any circumstances.
