Rooms were a little bit dated but it was fine. The refrigerator worked well and kept our drinks cool. Parking was good and felt safe both inside (underground) and outdoor parking. Breakfast staff was kind and courteous. They ensured we were comfortable as the dining area began to be crowded. It was nice

The first room we where placed in smelled like cigarettes and the door wouldn't close. The next room still had a smell, we didn't get enough towels, the beds are uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend.

I regret booking this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The fridge handle was covered in mold—absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. To make matters worse, there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room, making it feel like the place hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s beyond unacceptable for a hotel to overlook such basic standards of hygiene. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

I stayed at this place for almost a month, it was always full but not noisy. I ended up having to be admitted into the hospital and had my room with my belongings left behind. The staff went above and beyond to pack up and store my belongings until I was discharged. Not only that but they helped load up all my belongings into the car for me. It was great to know my stuff was safe and taken care of. That’s real customer service and satisfaction!

The staff was helpful and good - desk and breakfast room. Unfortunately, we were woken up by someone banging on our neighbor's door, followed by a long session of shouting and crashing around. Fortunately, a staff member quieted them down. Unfortunately, they returned at 4:00 am, but were quiet when asked. The hotel is a little shabby; for example a damaged toilet seat and lid that was too small. The food in the breakfast room is a bit sub-par.

Night stands and counter tops were sticky, but the size of room/bed/ kitchen were all great value for price. It had a full kitchen with no silverware etc. We didn't care that there was nothing in the kitchen because we only needed microwave and fridge. Beds were comfy and parking was good too
