Silver Terrace is the little-known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego. It is a very centrally located one just minutes from numerous highly popular destinations such as Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall, and La Jolla. Pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s very nice in a quiet neighborhood that my family and my dog loved. Shoutout to Lupe who was cleaning the place when we arrived she made us feel very welcomed! We will definitely be back!

Great for a family!
Property was well maintained and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Great fenced backyard that is also accessible from the driveway, which made unloading easy and gave us a secure place to store our bikes. We were visiting family so didn’t do much in the adjacent neighborhood, but would stay in the same place again as it perfectly suited our needs.

Forget hotels. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very nicely furnished. Cute yard. Kitchen stocked with all you need. It is centrally located to everything. Despite being surrounded by some apartments or condos it was incredibly quiet. Jimmy was very responsive to any questions. I am already planning my next adventure and will definitely stay at this location again.

The house was what we needed. Fenced yard for the dogs and close to everything. The couch was pretty uncomfortable but if you're not hanging out much in the living room who cares. The owner/ manager is very responsive.

The house was as described on the app, the beds were really soft and comfortable, there was plenty of towels, all appliances work, theres few things that needs attention, windows dont lock, blinds are broken/damaged, Tub spout leaks, overall it was lovely stay. Thank you James for letting us stay.

We were getting our house tented for termites and needed to move out. It was the perfect location for us because hubby is a professor at USD and our son is a golfer and Riverwalk was right there. It was nice we were able to take our fur babies too.

Quiet neighborhood with great fenced in yard. Basic amenities available, Could use a few updates like paint in bathrooms and fixing broken blinds and the door lock was tough the first 2 tries but owner did mention pulling the door to unlock so once I remembered that it was fine.

This cute cottage was a perfect example of what a home away from home should be. It has been updated and was an exactly what we were looking for. The beds are very comfortable, it’s clean and easy. We have 3 kids above the age of 15 and it was perfect with the pullout sofa. The second bedroom even has 2 full size beds instead of twins. The communication with James was great! We will definitely be calling this home again. Close to Old Town, we walked there for dinner, easy drive to Mission Beach, Point Loma, Downtown, and La Jolla. Location was great for all we wanted to do. Thanks for the great stay!
