Things to Know
Please pardon the deferred maintenance on the building. We are in the process of obtaining permits from the City for a remodel. We are excited about our upcoming improvements and look forward to seeing you back in the future.
The jets in the tub do not work, and you may experience issues when trying to heat up the tub. It is expected to be replaced later this year.
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
