Perfect stay!
This is a great place for a couple's getaway. Enjoyed walks along the beach boardwalk each morning and evenings on the beach for sunsets. The location and accommodations were perfect!

Wanted to be able to park and not leave for a few days, we were able to do that. My Honda pilot was a very tight fit in garage but it fit, was great to have quick walk beach, kitchen to cook in, was perfect for what we needed.

Great place by the beach!
So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good! Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work with!

Overall this property was very relaxing and less than a few minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our time with my family of 4 (husband, 3 year old and 1 year old). Some areas of the property were a little old and could use an upgrade as far as comfort (the futon, chairs and rugs) Otherwise, this property was awesome!!

Great Location in Mission Beach
This property is very quaint and nothing you would expect from the exterior. I had a hard time finding the garage and the entrance based on the pictures I saw online. (Only a compact vehicle will fit and allow for closure of the garage door.) I loved the layout and the decor. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the bathroom is very well stocked with extra towels. However, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket or throw for the futon in the living room. I was worried that the lack of A/C would would put a damper on our stay, but we were fine given that temperatures remained in the low 70s while we were there. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella as the chairs on property are very hard to maneuver. The “walkable” rating of this location can’t be beat. There were so many great restaurants, shops, and beach rental venues close by. The only time we got in the car was to drive to Belmont Park. My 10-year-old daughter and I made a lot of great memories here!

Perfect Rooftop Getaway for Family of Four
This quaint little 1 bedroom (King) apartment with full kitchen, and rooftop getaway was perfect for our family of four! Even with the futon we were able to put a Queen sized blow up mattress on the ground so both of our kids could have their own bed. We were within 100 steps to the beach, and is centrally located between Mission Beach and Pacific Beach (Tower 20 - you can literally walk 15 minutes either direction and get to both beaches). The part of the beach that it is on had very few people even with it being 4th of July weekend! I loved that part, because when my family and I go to the beach we want to be able to relax without feeling like we are being suffocated by hundreds of other people. The rooftop patio was the kicker. It allowed you to see directly to the beach while you are grilling. It even has a stackable washer and dryer, and a private garage. Although small we could fit our Hyundai Elantra in their just fine and close the garage door. Not sure if a mid sized SUV would fit in the garage like the host stated.Their are literally only three things that could have improved this stay. One, if the rooftop patio had a glass wall instead of stucco so you could see the beach and ocean sitting down at the amazing patio table. Two, more comfortable patio chairs. Three, more cleaning supplies to aid in clean up before and after meals. All in all our experience was great and any issues we had the host communicated with us immediately. My family and I will be back!
