There are neighbors nearby - please do not disturb them, especially during the overnight quiet hours.
Driveway parking and games/beach gear is shared with the house next door. Street parking is free. You may need to communicate with the unit next door if a vehicle needs to be moved.

If you are bringing a pet, there is a $100 fee. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from the host.
The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
