Nestled strategically in North Mission Beach, adjacent to Pacific Beach, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and bars — including the Catamaran Hotel and Resort a mere 150 yards away — this dwelling serves as a gateway to beach bliss. Mere steps from the sandy shores of Mission Bay and Mission Beach, our one-of-a-kind property was specifically designed to cater to diverse groups, ensuring it is infant-safe with tailored features.

Distinguishing itself, the Beach House features three master bedrooms with queen size beds, each boasting its own full-size bathroom, guaranteeing an exceptional and equal experience for all guests. These generously spaced bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged for maximum privacy, include premium floor mattresses suitable for children aged 3 to 16. While Master Bedroom #1 graces the first floor, Master Bedroom #2 and #3 occupy opposite ends on the third floor.

At the heart of the residence, the GREAT ROOM on the second floor seamlessly integrates a living and dining area, a media room, and a gourmet kitchen, all tastefully separated. Two full-size sofa beds, catering to both adults and children, are strategically placed in the GREAT ROOM for added convenience.
