Nestled on Bayside Walk between Liverpool and Lido Courts, this unit occupies a prime spot on the bay, boasting a harmonious blend of grassy expanses and sandy shores.A few things to note: * Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions. * Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.* An AC surcharge will be imposed depending upon weather and season.* Rental comprises the ground floor unit and private bayfront patio.* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for the best results. Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.

My family and I enjoy the property, cute little two bedroom with plenty of beds for my three kids, master bedroom had very nice new furniture, living room furniture was very nice and new, everything was very clean and plenty of towels. Love the patio we spent tons of time out there and used the grill. The grass and bay right out front was perfect for our kiddos to play. Highly recommend!

Mission Bay Paradise

Mission Bay rental
I had an excellent stay. Well stocked Kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and a beautiful location. Would be nice to have bus schedule along Mission Blvd. and how bus system works, like fares and where they go. If you don't have a car, would help getting to some restaurants and grocery stores in PB. Neighbors sometimes upstairs stomped late at night and early in the morning. Other than that, a very quiet location.
