Un lugar al que volvería, excelente atención del personal con una equivocación que yo tuve en la reservación, atención personalizada y amable, resolvieron favorablemente el problema. A nightmare!
Big mistake. Also, they forced us to pay upfront 3 days in advance to secure the booking, which is against HOTEL.COM rules. The coffee was horrible, everything was leaking. Toilet, tap, think... Do no book there

Hotel muy lindo
El hotel es algo pequeño, no muy reconocido ni por los taxistas (jejeje) sin embargo cumple con todo lo que puedas esperar. Muy limpio y eso para mí es lo más importante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y tienen una cama muy bonita con colchones realmente agradables. La atención del personal excelente (Francisco, en particular). Caminando puedes llegar hasta el centro te haces como 10-15 mins. pero no lo sientes porque vas conociendo la ciudad. Altamente recomendado. Ah! Se me olvidaba... Muy económico :)

3 night stay
I stayed at the Hotel Jauja Posada for 3 nights. The room was fine, although the only window was interior. The wifi connection did not reach the room, although in the reception and outside it was strong. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated next to the Church of Guadalope, and is a short 10 minute walk to the historic centre. I loved San Cristobal de las Casas!!
