The house of 105 square meters, has three bedrooms, one, one with a double bed and wardrobe; This room has a bathroom with sink, mirror, bathtub and bidet. In this bathroom are two wardrobes, one of them the washing machine.
The other bedrooms; each have two single beds, and both have also wardrobes.
Both the master bedroom and the bedroom 1 communicate with a glazed and facing east, sea and mountain views, and from where the coastal towns of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo are contemplated. This sunroom is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed.
All three bedrooms also communicate with the rest of the house by a small hallway, where there is a service bathroom with sink, shower and a small wardrobe.
Below is a complete open kitchen with microwave, 4 ring hob, sink, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The furniture of the kitchen is more than enough for 6 people.
The kitchen is connected to a living room where a large table for 6 persons or more with a sofa and a TV with DVD.
This room communicates with an open terrace facing west overlooking an agricultural area, and from which a very beautiful sunsets sun contemplated; in certain atmospheric conditions envisaged in the same sunset the appearance of a nice green beam of very short duration.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Eine gut ausgestattete helle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick erwartet die Besucher. Für maximal fünf Personen stehen drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Duschen bzw. Toiletten zur Verfügung. In einem großen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich fühlen sich die Besucher sehr schnell wohl. Zwei große Balkone (Ost-, Westseite) krönen den insgesamt guten bis sehr guten Gesamteindruck dieser Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter erwarten die Besucher und vermitteln ihnen außerdem die notwendigen Ortskenntnisse (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants ...). Zu beachten ist, dass im Winter - vor allem im Januar- keine Heizung vorhanden ist.

Nette Wohnung mit super Ausblick
Eine helle, geräumige Wohnung mit super Ausblick auf das Meer. Küche und Bad enthalten alles was man für die Zeit dort braucht. Es ist zwar nicht neu, aber gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns durchwegs wohl gefühlt, der Vermieter war sehr nett und bemüht. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: die Wohnung ist hellhörig (vielleicht auch nur weil wir aus einem Haus kommen). Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen!
