"The property is beautiful. A few things could be improved. A banister on the stairs would have been helpful. We are in our seventies and found the stairs to be a bit scary. The double bedroom in the main room could use a luggage rack, no place to put your bags other than on the floor. The corners on the bed frame were very sharp as well We were surprised that there was no hand soap, no coffee, no sugar, no dish soap, or salt and pepper. "An absolutely beautiful property and setting with everything included you could want. Lucca, the host, is charming, relaxed, accommodating and very efficient. Lots of lovely small touches that make all the difference, free fresh eggs in the morning, fresh vegetables to pick from the garden, grapes from the vine. This really was the most perfect place to relax and unwind. Don’t bother looking any further... book here!"

"Grazioso Agriturismo immerso nel silenzio delle colline romagno-marchigiane. Lontano dai centri abitati, essenziale, massima indipendenza con cucina, senza prima colazione, letto un po' troppo vissuto, bassa insonorizzazione degli ambienti, esteticamente molto ben ristrutturato.
