Hide a way gem
This is a home away from home on steroids. Spacious living quarters. Beach is a stomes throw away. We never felt so comfortable except when were in our own home.

Perfect!
We were attending a wedding in San Juan Capistrano so we needed a place to accommodate four adults… This was perfect! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also, lots of seating in the kitchen/dining areas. Location was great; close to the beach, pier, shopping, etc. We will return!

Awesome beach rental
This property is absolutely beautiful!! Every single aspect of it was just perfect. It’s furnished so tastefully and has every amenity you would possibly need. And it was spotless! The linens are really really nice. The layout was perfect for our sisters trip with a lovely kitchen and 2 huge bathrooms. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the stunning beach and about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. I can hardly wait to stay here again.

Renovated Condo just a Short Walk to the Beach
We were visiting family in San Clemente and stayed at this remodeled condo with our teens. Very spacious, clean, and organized for a family of 5. Great outdoor space to BBQ and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the San Clemente Beach Trail. A 10 minute walk to Del Mar shopping and restaurants. Just the perfect location and setup. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable
This was definitely one of the nicest looking rentals that we could find in our search of the area. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for relaxing. Great area with tons of fun spots (including the boardwalk area) within close walking distance. We really enjoyed having the small private patio and outdoor table available to relax a bit outside in an area of town where space is obviously at a premium. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen allowing us to cook some meals in, as well as the provided pack-n-play for my 2-year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Spacious Beach Apartment
Very comfortable well stocked home in prime location. Ceiling not well insulated for noice so plan on hearing the upstairs neighbors a bit. Also, the housekeepers let themselves in without knocking an hour early on the day of our departure so that was a little weird! :/ Enjoyed this home and would stay again.

Recent stay at Hideaway A
We’ve stayed at this property previously (in Hideaway B) and have found it conveniently located and fairly comfortable. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are a bit mushy for us. Could use additional living room seating, especially with four adults staying there. Overall, a very decent place to stay.

Honest thoughts.
Upon arrival the place was clean, and the AC was on which was a nice relief from the humidity. Really good spot to have with kids because there is a good size backyard with a place to rinse off all the sand before coming inside. Spacious kitchen and rooms and very large bathrooms therefore, it was very easy to wash off the kids for dinner. Garage was a little bit of a tight squeeze, but there were amenities available for the beach, including chairs and umbrellas and beach toys and boogie boards. The location was perfect!!! 5 minute walk to the beach and another 5 minute walk to downtown. The beds were really comfortable, and over all a GREAT stay!

A Beautiful Place to Call (Temporary) Home
We just spent nearly a week at this property and it was like a home-away-from-home. Beautifully furnished, with plenty of space to spread out and live comfortably. The location is amazing -- centrally located to fantastic shopping and restaurants, and so close to the beach and a nearby park that we had no shortage of entertainment options for our family (and especially our kiddos who, let's face it, are often the most difficult to please on vacations). As with every vacation rental, there are a few areas that I would improve if it was my fulltime home: namely, a firmer mattress in the master bedroom, and a thorough scrub-down of the laundry facilities (which show signs of moisture buildup common to front-loading machines). But all in all, this was a fantastic place to call home for a few days, and we will definitely keep it in mind should San Clemente call us back for another visit.

San Clemente Perfection
We loved everything about this place! So clean and roomy for my family of 5. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The back patio was a wonderful retreat for my family to share dinner and play cards in the evening. The stairs are workout when coming up from the beach, but soooo worth it! Going back next year!!

Perfect getaway, if you have good neighbors
Short walk to the beach. At least two or three ways to get there. Bedrooms are clean and very spacious. Laundry machines are not coin operated, so you can wash your clothes without having to come up with change for the machines. Cheerful little apartment that feels very private and cozy. If you're unfortunate to have renters above you who are inconsiderate, you'll hear them all night long. If said neighboring renters are the inconsiderate type, you may find the washing / drying machine doors opened early leaving clothes wet or unwashed, as the laundry room is shared. If you choose the shortest path to the beach, prepare for 133 steps. Walking there from the the road is a bit further, but with no stairs. You still have to cover the same altitude up and down, so keep that in mind when deciding what you bring with you.

Great condo and location
Clean, and fresh, nice amenities (patio, grill, outdoor shower, superb appliances etc in the kitchen). Great location half a block from Casa Romantica and just up the hill from the Pier and beach. We loved the layout of the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms/baths. However, beware this is a ground floor location with a renter above; the sounds of people moving around above are noticeable. The garage is a big plus (for a smaller car; we got our Toyota Highlander in by being very careful). We appreciated that the smaller things are well thought out… cooler available, beach chairs, kite to fly, beach toys for kids. Being able to walk to the Main Street and restaurants on Avenida Del Mar was delightful. We even walked down to the train one day and took a trip to San Diego to see the USS Midway. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
