Location Location Location! Just up the hill from the famous T-Street Surf Beach. Great boogie boarding and beach fun for the whole family! Check out the California Coastal Trail that runs all of San Clemente coastline to Dana Point. Electric bikes are a great day rental to explore the greater area. After a sunny day at the beach, relax in the tropical courtyard and plan your outing for dinner. Del Mar is the main street of San Clemente and is a 15 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants and shopping! SoCal has so much to offer with Disneyland 45 minutes to the north and San Diego 1 hour to the south. Carlsbad with Legoland 30 minutes to the south, Laguna Beach 30 minutes north and Dana Point 15 minutes north. Come enjoy the sun and palm trees in San Clemente, 'The Spanish Village by the Sea'!


There are beautiful, large, trees surrounding this home giving you and your family all the privacy you'll need! The backyard is perfect for entertaining the whole family or your guests whether playing games, finding a nook to read, taking a nap, or having a barbecue.

This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home has beautiful hardwood floors and wood beamed ceilings in each room giving the home a warm and comfortable feeling.

The spacious and beautifully furnished living room has lots of comfortable seating, a cable ready large flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort.

A wonderfully light, bright modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stone backsplashes has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires, including a bar with high top stools and a dining area for 4 so everyone can eat together.

The king master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV with Netflix only for your enjoyment and a full en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a flat screen TV that is cable ready in the queen bedroom and a ceiling fan in each bedroom and they share a hallway bath with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 6; an air mattress is available for an additional fee. so it can sleep 8.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and there is also off street parking.

This home is 45 minutes to Disneyland, 25 minutes to Legoland, and 25 minutes to Del Mar racetrack. Various hiking trails are also easily accessible from this home as is the freeway - so you can easily venture down San Diego way too.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

It is within walking distance of famous T-Street Beach, hiking trails, and excellent shopping and restaurants. When you think San Clemente vacation house, this house should come to mind.

Tropical landscaping surrounds the house so the front, back, and side yards have wonderful spaces for relaxing. The back yard is great for playing games, barbecuing and dining al fresco.

The inside spaces are spacious, light and bright, and full of nooks where one or more can gather to relax and recharge.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Wonderful Stay
House was super cute and very clean. We wanted a place within distance of Hollywood and San Diego and this was perfect!! Wish we had more time to enjoy the area but were on a tight schedule. Would definitely book again!

Great place and area to stay. 2nd year before and will be back again. Weather so great and relaxing. I am from North Texas and being here and napping outside was awesome here in San Clemente was the best. No mosquitoes and flies and humidity. You will not be disappointed.

All the little things are there for kitchen and bath. The nightlights are really nice and automatic for during night or early morning. Outdoor dining and sitting areas were private and comfortable. We expected from other reviews walk to beach to be on the longer side. San Clemente hills are quite big. Could be a little more bath or washer supplies (esp if they want you to put a load in as you leave).

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is SO cute and very very clean. It was really helpful they had beach chairs/sand toys/cooler/etc at the house for guest use and it allowed our kids to fully enjoy the beach! The only thing that was a bummer is that they don't provide any cleaning supplies. We wanted to do our part and clean up after ourselves after we made dinner--kitchen counter tops/bathroom countertops/etc. We made due and just used a sponge and dish soap. They did provide a small vacuum and that was nice to use at the end of the day to keep things tidy! Overall it was an absolutely phenomenal stay and we would 100% stay here again! THANK YOU!

Thanks for a great week!
We were in town to visit family who live in San Clemente and really enjoyed our stay here. The location is awesome. We walked to the beach even though it's about a half mile, but it's only a block from great places to eat and the neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We did Disneyland one day and an Angels game another day. Just a 35 minute drive. Only downside was no AC but that is only an issue mid-afternoon and we weren't there much during that time so it was not a problem. The house has plenty of fans to help out. We enjoyed all the included beach toys and chairs. It was perfect! We loved it and would stay there again!

Great house and location.
The house is very clean and laid out well with everything you’d need for a holiday stay. If you plan on cooking much, know that there are NO perishables provided at all (cooking oils, etc) so you’ll need to buy the basic staples. Also, we were traveling with a toddler and appreciated that there weren’t a lot of decor type items that we needed to put up high or hide, tub was non-slip, the yard had a gate. Along these lines, there wasn’t a high chair or booster seat, which would have been really nice. (I had emailed about this prior to the trip and didn’t get a response back until the trip was almost over - at that point it didn’t matter). All in all would recommend this to anyone, with those caveats mentioned above.

Incredible Place to Stay with Kids
The home was perfect; great layout for families/young children. There is a hallway door that separates the main home from the bedrooms which is great for early sleeping/early rising kids. A couple minor issues: 1. The neighbor (front facing left) was pretty rude our first couple days. During the late afternoons, conversing over a glass of wine, they repeatedly hit the adjacent wall loudly, and while we were outside and in vicinity they proceeded to cut down palm branches that broached their property and forcibly throw them on our side of the fence. All in all, wasn’t a huge deal, but it was noticeable. 2. Two reasons for 3 stars: - There was a surfboard out front, but had no leash/fins. It is unusable without those things. I’d suggest just taking it off the listing all together. -The location is “close” to the beach, while the walk is not as feasible; it is downhill there and uphill back. The “hike” back would probably take you 20 grueling min, though you could walk down in 10mins. We didn’t even attempt. This said, parking in the “bowl” area was only $1.50/hr. The walk the T-Street was totally manageable. 3. There were 2 “complimentary” trash bags at the home. Staying there for a week, that’s pretty rough. That to me seems like a necessary living accommodation. Overall, loved the stay and especially the city of San Clemente. It is clean, safe, and everyone (even locals) are friendly and hospitable. Would absolutely recommend this home/city and stay here again!

The property is exactly how shown and stated in the listing. The location is perfect and the home is quite comfortable, quiet and close to grocery, gas, restaurants or anything you need. Also, close to major routes for easy access to all kinds of events and activities -- you name it! Just be mindful when you hit the road as you've most likely heard about the heavy traffic on California freeways. You'll want to make sure you plan for traffic. A good GPS system can help you navigate heavy traffic delays. All in all this was a great vacation home. San Clemente is a quaint town with an awesome beach and hometown beach community vibe. Some point of note, the home is not air conditioned, however, this was not a serious problem for our family as the evenings cool down very nicely and its super comfortable for sleeping. We were there in August when the days were in the high 80's, but there is little humidity. We opened up the house and used fans to circulate the air. It was quite comfortable. Our only negatives compared to other vacation rental homes we've stayed (and we're talking 15 years of travel) were a lack of cleaning supplies including additional dish towels for the kitchen. We like to treat the property like home and it would have been nice to have more dish soap and dish towels, bathroom cleaners. Also, it may be time for the owners or management company to take stock of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, baking pans and food storage items. We found that compared to most places these items were not up to par with homes in the same price-range or quality.

Great Beach House Close to Everything in San Clemente
We enjoyed our stay here with our three Grandchildren! Beautifully decorated and perfect size for a family of five. The house was clean and well stocked. Nice backyard and plenty of outdoor seating. The full size washer and dryer was a plus! The outdoor shower was nice too. All in all a beautiful place to stay. We hope to book this home again next summer!

Great place to stay with family or friends
Nice area, near the beach. Very tidy with everything you need. Probably hasn't been a need for air con in the past as near the sea but I think with ever changing weather patterns air con is needed these days. But apart from that it's highly recommended and the agency are very prompt if you have any queries or issues.
