The Space:
Experience stunning ocean views from this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach condo, both inside and out. Recently renovated, the condo features an open floor plan that floods with natural light, thanks to two oversized sliding glass doors and numerous windows.
Step outside to the 600 sq ft private deck, which boasts an ocean view, a fire pit with ample seating, dining tables, a grill, a beverage fridge, foosball, a TV, music speakers, and a private jacuzzi. The interior has a beachy atmosphere while providing all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
To enhance your beach experience, we’ve equipped the condo with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler, a wagon, and an outdoor shower. Everything you need to relax and enjoy the best of San Clemente is at your fingertips!
For those working remotely, a desk and office chair are provided. Additionally, a Keurig coffee machine is available, complete with coffee pods, creamers, and sweeteners.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the condo, as well as private access to the deck, fire pit, and hot tub. One dedicated parking spot is available in the driveway, and there is ample free on-street overnight parking on Seville Street and around the library and community center. We also provide a map that indicates safe overnight parking areas.
The Neighborhood:
Take a leisurely stroll up the street to the charming village center, where you’ll find a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning. Continue down the street to explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, the beach running trail, and the seaside parks. Alternatively, you can stay in the condo for a relaxing day, enjoying a gentle ocean breeze and quiet evenings with stunning sunsets.
Getting Around:
We are within walking distance of nearly everything you might need. There are bike rentals available (Murf electric) at the top of the hill, and a free trolley picks up in front of the condo. Additionally, there is a train station at our pier, making it easy to plan a day trip to San Diego. Our location is also convenient: it’s about a 45-minute drive to Disneyland, 25 minutes to Legoland, and one hour from both San Diego and Los Angeles.
Other Things to Note:
- We allow up to 3 pets with pre-approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night for each pet. There is a grassy park across the street from the condo, and San Clemente is pet-friendly.
- Pet-Friendly: There is a park nearby for dog walking. Additionally, San Clemente features a pet-friendly beach trail and many pet-friendly restaurants.
- The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests (5 adults). After the fourth guest, an additional fee of $25 per person per night will apply.
