City & HOA requirements:
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 8 individuals including children and infants. (5 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed in the home or at the community facilities at the home at any time, no gatherings, events, no get-togethers for meals, etc.
+ Min stay: 3 nights. Minimum stay 7 nights in summer and peak seasons. Check-in or check-out not permitted on holidays.
+ Parking: 2 cars max. in assigned garage parking. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers.
+ Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times and are subject to HOA rules.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city and HOA requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-3 day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties
