"It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well. Other than that, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this...

"Very quite and great view of the mountains Staffs are very nice. The only 1 thing could be improved is the facilities- it’s a bit old. Especially the bathroom - everyday we find it challenging to use the bathroom. Toilet - very slow, we had to let it run for a long time lol. Shower- nice pressure but the space is too small. "

"It was marvellous as in last year . There is a change of ownership but most staffs remain. The only thing was I’m not too crazy about the new colour in the room & the reno in the main dining but that’s just personal preference. "

"Loved the location and condition…The breakfast was great. So was the restaurant at the hotel. Just a short drive from Cortina. Looking to the mountain behind the hotel you can see a waterfall. We drove as far as we could and found the trail an hiked up there. This is a wonderful magical thing to do as the waterfall is glorious,"

"The Wifi not working the whole time. Front desk reset the modem still not working. Find your own street parking. We got the room that hide behind with no view. Our deck was under an outside stairs. Its a share deck. Have to walk to someone else deck to get a view. Shower head won’t stay up keep fall down. Asked front desk for hiking suggestion, not quite helpful, his English is limited, the area was outside the map he has. Breakfast was just average…overall, this hotel has an old and cheap...

"Morning and dinner menu"

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever been. Fabulous suite with private sauna and jacuzzi. Fantastic staff, fantastic amenities and spa services and above all the dinner experience. Every evening a 6 course dinner in Michelin style. Highly highly recommended "
