"Très belle surprise à 10 mn à peine de Stresa en voiture...comme un gîte de montagne, douillet et raffinée, un accueil particulièrement chaleureux, des chambres assez spacieuses et d une propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner buffet copieux proposant aussi des produits regionaux, le parking au pied du gîte...vous l aurez compris, un vrai coup de coeur que nous vous conseillons vivement. "This is a resort with beautiful facilities & grounds. Dining options including breakfast were excellent. The inside dining room & outside were exactly what you would expect of a top of the line Swiss resort. Driving to anywhere along Lago Maggiore is just beautiful with stunning mountain vistas that take your breath away. Bellanzona with its 3 castles, Coripo is for the VERY adventurous but worth every minute of a trip. All these are a short drive from the resort."

"We had such a lovely stay in the serene hillside house. Stefania was a lovely host (she lives in the house next door) who was very communicative. The large gardens and outdoor shower were magical. The drive up the lane is steep and narrow but you get used to it. Perfect place if you’re looking to get away from the hustle bustle and relax"

"Unfortunately failed on the basics. The bed was terrible and we both had terrible back pain after a night. Nice location though."

"wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte."

"The place was presented as a hotel and conference centre. The rooms are small, we had to ask for them to change towels and sheets, the breakfast buffet was pretty terrible, and no one mentioned the place is also an old people's home as well. "

"B&B lost our pre-paid booking and double booked our room. We were left with no place to stay. Owner was rude and unhelpful in providing us with or helping us find a reasonable alternative arrangement. We ended up having to stay somewhere else with significantly higher cost."

"Gianni and his wife were lovely hosts in this quiet respite of a location near Lago Maggiore. We had a short stay but hope to return soon. The apartment is spacious and very clean. You have everything you need but a car is suggested for getting groceries or visiting the nearby villages."
