This property is very much a 'you get what you pay for' situation. Communication with the owner was limited—I had to request check-in instructions multiple times, and the response came after the check-in time. The house offers minimal accommodations, and there are some issues future renters may want to be aware of:
One of the beds is noticeably sagging and uncomfortable, and all of the beds are very loud, creaking with even the slightest movement.
The twin bedroom (which we planned for our kids) has a door leading directly to the outside, which felt less secure.
The shower offers either warm water or good water pressure, but not both.
The kitchen cabinets and microwave are mounted very high—I'm 5’3” and had difficulty reaching.
The dining chairs and couches are cheaply made and may not support heavier individuals.
The floors creak and sag in some areas, and the yard is mostly dirt and unkempt.
None of the windows have curtains, and one bedroom’s blinds don’t fully cover the window, letting in a lot of light—definitely not ideal for light sleepers.
Overall, the home was adequate for our stay, but the condition of the property is below average and might not meet the needs of some travelers
