"Situato tra i prati al confine del bosco, come si evince bene dalle foto. Luogo lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia, quello che cercavamo per riposare mente e corpo. Nonostante sia sulle colline, con il navigatore del cellulare ci siamo arrivati bene, senza dover chiedere aiuto a nessuno. Alle 14.00 puntuale la sig. Giusy era ad aspettarci, con il suo sorriso e la sua calma. Abbiamo cenato lì per 2 sere con cibo vegetariano/vegano molto buono, genuino e abbondante. L' idea di non doversi muovere...

"Calling itself a B&B is not true. Listed by Hotels.com as including breakfast is not quite correct.You are in fact given a voucher for each person. This entitles you to a coffee and a croissant with a limited value. I would not call this “including breakfast”. The kitchenette is not very well equipped, nor was it very clean. The dish cleaning sponge was an ancient relic and I would not use it. The walls are very thin so you know exactly what the neighbours are doing. All this for almost €100 is...

I Vivai è un luogo rilassante, piacevole, la suite davvero bella, elegante con notevoli note raffinate che si vedono nei dettagli e nell'arredo. The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend."

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "
