1-bedroom house, dedicated for short or long-term tourist rental, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fully equipped, appliances, bedding, towels, pool towels, kitchen utensils, shampoo, gel, etc...

In the heart of Playa del Inglés, with lots of natural lighting, a few meters from the YUMBO Shopping Center and the main leisure areas in the south of Gran Canaria. In my little corner you will find everything you need to spend a few days of authentic relaxation and comfort. Very cozy accommodation, ideal for couples, it is a very quiet place. The house has everything you need so you can enjoy your stay.

Undoubtedly the best thing about the house is its location, located on Avenida de Tirajana, the main artery of Playa del Ingles, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, transport, places to walk, walk to the beach, just 4 minutes walk from the Maspalomas Dunes

It has two beds, which can be easily put together, The kitchen has an oven, microwave and washing machine, In the living room you can enjoy TV and exclusive WiFI, on the living room table you will find the data to connect

The building has swimming pools and common areas that guests can enjoy. In the same building there is a supermarket and a small cafeteria. In the surroundings of the building you will find all the necessary transport services to be able to move and several restaurants.

The building has an unbeatable tranquility, a large swimming pool and a children's pool with plenty of hammocks and garden areas.

There is a variety of activities on the island, you just have to choose the one you like the most, if you come with your family, water parks, (Aqualand) Western Park, (Sioux City) Amusement Park, Zoo, (Palmitos Park) and water activities in the beach for any age.



If what you are looking for is adventure, you can parachute, take a ride in a helicopter, get to know the seabed by scuba diving or taking a ride in a submarine, you can practice sports such as Surfing, Windsurfing, Golf, Jetski, Kayak, Quads, etc. .Routes in 4x4 cars.



If you are young, this is the ideal place to get to know the Gran Canaria nightlife, 8 minutes walk from the entertainment area with different Pubs, Clubs with an international atmosphere and also a Gay area.



On the avenue where the house is located you will find a wide range of restaurants of all kinds, Italian, Chinese, typical Canarian food, international food, Indian food, Japanese food and fast food, at the end of Avenida de Tirajana do not forget to visit the viewpoint of the Maspalomas Dunes, Dunes that you can walk and feel like in a real desert and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets, do not forget the camera, it is a unique place

A pleasant stay
The property was in a great location between the beach and the Yumbo Centre which has the main nightlife ( Bars / Shops / Restaurants / Nightclubs ). The building itself looked very clean from the outside and this continued inside to the lifts. Down in the basement I checked in and had my passport photocopied by the Concierge before he handed me the keycard for the appartment which was on floor three of the five storey building.. Once inside I could quickly see that the apartment was well looked after with sparkling floor tiles and a spotless kitchen area. It had everything one needed in a Kitchen ( Kettle, Microwave,Toaster, Fridge/Freezer / 2 Ringed Hob ). The balcony had table and chairs, and a sun shade which could be lowered if the sun became too strong. The outlook was a great view over the swimming pools ( Adult / Child ) and also the Tennis Court. There was a good mixture of nationalities staying there, Norwegian, Swedish, German, French, British, Dutch. Therefore the local Restaurants have a good range of international dishes on their menus. All in all I had a great stay and made to feel more welcome by the bottle of wine left for me by the owner for my arrival. Thank you !

Me hubiese gustado que el apartamento fuese más actual, en general todos los apartamentos son muy antiguos en Canarias. También la entrada era muy fea con olor a comida y en un bajos clandestino. El resto todo bien, pero no volvería por este motivo,actualicenlo!!
