This wonderful villa duplex is located in the Bahia Meloneras phase 2 complex, in the newest area of the southern part of the island near of Maspalomas light house.
Surrounded by 5 star hotels.
The house is equipped with all you need to enjoy a delicious stay.

The bungalow has direct access from the street which is very pratical.
Meloneas beach located just 300 meters away with some beachfront restaurants.

Parking is free along the stree calle Mar Caspio, opposite the villa is located the H10 Meloneras Playa Hotel.
