Excellent accommodation!
This 2 bed house is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean. Probably the best equipped holiday rental we have ever stayed at. Modern decor throughout with lovely little front and back yard with seating & loungers to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. Location is great for supermarket, under 10 mims walk from the house. Its a good 20 mins walk to the nearest beach - its not the most interesting of walks and a bit of a hike to do every day. Underground parking if you have a car. The house is in an unusual secure estate with a good size pool and loungers. Tim was a great host and responded quickly to any queries. Overall, excellent holiday rental. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment and facilities
We stayed for 7 days and were more than happy with the apartment in terms of its amenities and comfort. Tim communicated clearly regarding check-in and we met him at the gates of the complex at the agreed time, before being shown around. Would definitely book again if staying on the island.

Perfect vacation
The house is on a gated community which in general is very quiet however there is some building work ongoing close by . The house is finished to a high spec with all the facilities you need for a relaxing break . Tjhe whole community and pool area is spotlessly clean . Tim and Raphael are just a few doors up and are there if you require assistance 24/7 . Large supermarket is 10 min walk away and the nearest beach approx 20 min . Would definitely return

Very good and clean - minimalist in terms of decor / furnishings but attractive. Kitchen equipment was adequate although not extensive e,g, no tin opener. A longer walk to the promenade than we had appreciated, although manageable. The property was situated in a lovely, safe, quiet residential area within a gated community. Tim and Alberto v helpful and to hand.

Firstly Tim and Rafael and their doggie companions were lovely hosts. Gave us lots of useful info and were there to sort out any minor issues we had. The house is beautiful and decorated to a very high spec with lots of homely touches around. Kitchen got plenty crockery , gadgets and utensils for guests to eat in if required. In fact nothing to complain about at all which was lovely. The pool was beautiful and grounds kept clean. It ifeels a very safe haven it being a gated community. We will be back. The property is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. good fridge and dish washer. Good outside area with BBQ and table for eating outside. The community pool is excellent. We have done a few of this type of stay and this property was the best. Tim could not be more helpful or a better host.

Clean, well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated!
Me and my friends stayed for a week recently and the whole experience was brilliant. The house itself is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The owner is fantastically helpful. We had to contact him on several occasions and our problem were dealt with super quickly, within minutes! The location is brilliant. We hired a car, but the bus routes and cheap taxis means that you're not too fan from the busy places, but far enough out for it to be quiet. I really want to find a negative, because let's be honest, no where is ever perfect. So here it is.... the pillows were a little too firm for my personal liking. I honestly can't think of anything else.... I'll definitely be looking to book here again! Massive thanks to the owners 🙄

Relaxing holiday in first class accommodation
We really enjoyed our holiday in this extremely clean and tastefully decorated house. Everything is to a high standard- including the beds. Air conditioning available downstairs and in the bedrooms- making it comfortable on hotter days. We loved sitting in the garden, as it's a complete suntrap from lunch to evening. The pool area is fabulous. Again, very clean, with plenty of sun beds and parasols. In fact, on one of the days we were the only ones there. Complete relaxation. It's in a safe and quiet residential area. A large supermarket is about 10-15 min walk away. The beach is about a 20 mins walk - where there are a number of restaurants over looking the sea. Bike hire is available here and was very reasonable (6 Euro for half day). A further 20 min walk along the seafront brings you to the main area of Meloneras. Here, you find high class shopping and eateries. It's a beautiful resort. We got a taxi to Playa de Ingles for the evening- but returned after an hour- as Meloneras is 100 times better. If you aren't keen on walking- the taxis are excellent. Cheap and plenty of them. Only 4 euro to get to town. (Ring from the house and they turn up within minutes). We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Beschreibung passt zu 100%
Wir hatten 14 wundervolle Tage in der Anlage. Das Haus ist (genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) sehr schön eingerichtet und auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Gerne kommen wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria wieder auf diese Unterkunft zurück. Natürlich gibt es spielende Kinder in der Anlage....aber die spielen dort nicht 24 Stunden am Tag ;-) Uns hat es nicht gestört.

hemos descansado 8 dias en este marivilloso duplex adosadoso, moderno y comodo. lugar muy tranquilo. para trabajar desde casa y descansar. Bien equipado y con acceso directo en coche hasta la puerta. Garage y piscina controlada con llaves. la atención a la llegada y la salida ha sido muy agradable. supermercado a 300 metros de lunes a domingo. todo corresponde con las fotos. estamos encantados y volveremos.

Großartige Unterkunft
Wir können nur schwärmen von der tollen Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, nette Nachbarn und auch toller Poolbereich. Die Insel ist wunderschön und man kann viel erleben. Wer mehr erfahren möchte über die Insel, muss zwar in die Berge, aber hier erlebt man das Urgran Canaria. Der Vermieter, ein toller netter Mann. Hat mehrfach nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch Fragen und Wünschen waren kein Problem. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke an Tim unseren Vermieter!
