Stunning, super clean and cozy home! The house met all our needs, great location, a short walk to local restaurants and all the sites including the Riverwalk, quick access to the highway…we enjoyed soaking in the hottub at the end of the day. We had excellent communication with the hosts. This place is a true gem! We hope to stay here when we visit San Antonio again!

UTSA Spring Break ‘99 Crew

Great place to reunite with friends of 20+ years. A dear friend lost his mother recently and we decided to get together to celebrate life and friendship. Everyone plus, my min pin, Tiny had a lovely time. Also, I knew we were right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but the location was so quiet and private. Will be staying here again when in SA.

Wonderful Place

Very accommodating, Loved the Hammock Swings, wife loved that there was individual Makeup remover in the restrooms!! Very Clean, Also walking distance to many Bars and Restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Holiday Visit to San Antonio

The house was as advertised.... very clean and nice. Great to be so close to River Walk, Alamo, etc. We had a great visit and the hot tub was an added bonus as an evening relaxer! Thank you!

Great home and very close to lots of activities

House was perfect for the 4 of us and walking distance to many eateries and 15 minute walk to river walk. Very nicely finished inside and areas available for sitting outside that were shaded.

The location, accommodations, cleanliness and communication with the hosts were all that we were hoping for. There is a train nearby that runs more often at night, it can be a little noisy.

Lovely property

From booking all the way through to check out was a smooth easy process. Communication was faultless (often with an instant reply to a question!) The property is well equipped with lovely touches and it was spotless. Location is tucked away in a neighborhood, with easy walking access to restaurants and all the sites - great to escape to at the end of the day. As a group of 4 we had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Fiesta Homebase

Our stay was great! We were able to easily walk to all of our Fiesta events, even with young children. Everything was very clean and accommodating. We have hopes of returning next year!

Fantastic property!

We stayed at this fantastic property with two friends of ours for a Convention that was at the San Antonio Convention Center, as well as an event at the Alamodome. Property itself was fantastic, neat & clean, extremely comfortable beds, well appointed. Hosts were extremely responsive, smoothest check in and check out I’ve ever had a VRBO! My husband is already wanting to make reservations when he is there for his next convention, highly recommend!

Perfect Central Location

This property was perfect for our needs (3 kids under 6). It could not be in a more perfect spot central to all of San Antonio. Super easy to get to anywhere you could need, and very close to the riverwalk. A bit of a walk, but could be done without kids. House is very well stocked and super clean. If in the area again we will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful and clean apartment

I came into town with my family for a conference at the Convention Center. The location felt safe and we were able to walk or use electric bikes to get to most places. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and plenty of linens. The kitchen is beautiful and the hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Lavaca guest house

Great location if you enjoy wandering around some of the well known and lesser known areas of San Antonio. You will be less than a mile to the riverwalk, the King William district and have walking access to the great bars and restaurants in Southtown. The guest house had plenty of room for two couples. Everything was updated and clean. Parking was easy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on another visit.

Business Meeting at Henry Gonzalez Convention Center

Just returned home from our trip to San Antonio and this property exceeded our expectations in every way. The home itself was immaculate, the owner was responsive to our needs (we happen to meet them during our visit, and they made sure everything was in good order), and the location was perfect for my meetings at the Convention Center. A pleasant walk to meetings and the Riverwalk. Well Done!

Great space and location!

The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 15 yo son, and his friend. It was clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed. I loved that we could walk downtown to the restaurants and shops and the boys were able to walk to the park down the street to toss the football. Great location! Perfect stop on our spring break road trip.

Close to Riverwalk / Alamadome

House was perfect for our 2 adult couples. Just a 5 min shared ride away from the Riverwalk, so much easier than parking and walking. House has updated with everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. Definitely adding this house for our next visit to SA. Thanks.
