Check into this quaint, pet-friendly duplex home for a perfect San Antonio getaway. Complete with 2 fenced-in pet runs and a large backyard, you'll find plenty of space for the kids and pups to play while you unwind.

Sage Suite I is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by some of San Antonio's most prestigious areas. With quick highway access into Downtown San Antonio, you'll be in the center of the city in 15 minutes flat. Perfect for families (esp. BMT graduations!).

Sage Suite I is 750 square feet of total charm.

Inside, you'll find tile floors, comfy furnishings, two flat-screen TVs with cable and WiFi throughout.

Up to 4 guests (maybe a 5th with approval) can get a good night’s rest here. Choose from the 1st bedroom with plush king-size bed, or the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a bath with shower/tub combo. Pack light: we've got in-home laundry facilities here!

Enjoy our fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Once dinner is ready, pass around your casserole dishes at the spacious dining room table with room for 6 folks to gather.

Though you’re sure to fall in love with the interior, chances are you’ll spend much of your time outdoors. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the private patio. Get comfy on backyard lounge chairs as you watch the kids play in the grassy yard.

The duplex suite on the left is Sage Suite I. There are two carport parking spaces. The one on the left belongs to Suite I. Each suite has it's own back patio for enjoying the outdoors. The backyard is shared and the two dog runs are available to any guest, first come / first serve. Located in front of each parking space, there is a door with access to washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to use either washer/dryer that is available..

- Primary guest must be 28 years of age or older
- Note: Sage Suite I is a duplex home and there is a rented cottage in the back
- Note: Backyard is shared but each Suite has its own patio
- Note: Sage Suite I gets the carport parking on the left
- Note: Dog runs and Washer/Dryer rooms (there are two of each) are free and first come / first serve.

ALSO:
- Home is NOT suitable for parties or events due to neighbors and HOA
- Please respect locked closets (housekeeper closet, etc...)
- Do not exceed guest limit (day visitors not to exceed 5 additional guests w/o approval)
- Rental agreement must be completed, signed and sent back with a copy of a government issued ID before arrival and access instructions will be issued.
- A fee for each pet is required. $50 per pet per week, (2 dogs max - dogs only).
- Only house trained dogs are allowed and will be crated when not present or sleeping. Please bathe dogs outdoors and clean after stool & shedding hair.

Amazing stay!
We absolutely loved staying here!! The house is super nice and perfect for our two dogs that came with us! The host Carlos was very helpful and accommodating we felt at home here. Very Nice
Liked it so much I extended my stay! This 2 bedroom duplex has all you need for a comfortable stay. It has supplied it with most things you would want/need. Two things I would suggest adding: tabletop usb charger stations. Plugs are hard to get to. Also a cheap stick vacuum to be able to quickly pick up the leaves/grass the dogs bring inside. But very comfortable!!

Sage Suite 1 is a great little condo in a duplex house in a neighborhood with easy access to all areas of the city. Short ride to downtown, 5 min from Alamo Heights and Broadway St, 20 minutes to The Rim, La Cantera. 15 min ride to the Medical Center. It has a nice park nearby, where my family and some friends had a nice barbecue, while the kids played at the playground. The Suite is fully stocked with pillows, bed sheets, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Carlos is a great host, always taking my call and attending to our needs as guests.

Sage Suite 1 made life easier!
Recovering from surgery is difficult enough, but recovering away from home is even more difficult! This suite made recovery away from home easier. I was able to feel a little more at home here. We had all of the basic necessities we needed and that made our trip way easier. Carlos made my first VRBO stay a breeze when I had no idea what I was doing! The place was clean and so convenient to a nearby park and not a far drive from the river walk! The code lock made life easy without having to keep up with a key! I definitely recommend sage suite 1!

This property was just what we were looking for! Normally we stay at an unnamed Hotel as we come down often to visit our 96yo mom. This time we opted for this sweet little VRBO! Great place to stay
The location and owners were great and Elsie and John were readily available to answer any questions about the house and the San Antonio area. I would highly recommend the property to vacationers and folks looking for a short term housing solution. The house is convenient to the 410 bypass, Walmart, HEB, restaurants, and the San Antonio Greenway (1 mile). The airport is only 5 minutes away.

Great Place to Stay
We stayed at the Cactus Cottage for an extended time where we found the accommodations clean, comfortable, quiet and private. The cottage has everything you need for your stay including washers and dryers for resident's use. The neighborhood is lovely and the property well maintained. You have easy access to highways, airport, restaurants, grocery store and shopping malls. The hosts were quick to respond to all communications. I would stay here again.

Convenient, Clean, & Accomodating
I had the pleasure of renting this place for six weeks to use as my base of operations while I travelled back and forth between home and San Antonio. It had all the conveniences of home, including free Wi-Fi. Located close to the airport, and within a couple of miles of shopping, dining and other amenities, this was perfect for me. The property is well maintained, all appliances were in good, working order, and I managed to stay cool during the hottest period of the year. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet home
We really enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and this home help make our visit a success. The interior of the home was slightly different from the pictures advertized, but it was equipped with comfort in mind. Both Elise and John made themselves available and help us with all of our concerns.We really enjoyed the location of this home because the neighborhood was so quiet and it had a excellent park near by for walking our dog. My husband and I stayed at this rental property for his mother's funeral. I must say that it was immaculate! The property manager was courteous and prompt with a minor plumbing issue. Their description was accurate. Discovered the nearby greenway hiking/biking trail at Salado Creek. Convenient to everything including the Los Patios meeting center. Fit the Bill for Our Family's Stay
Our family of five needed a place to stay as we looked to buy a house in San Antonio. This property fit the bill beautifully. The owners are very diligent about maintaining the property, and the few issues that came up during our ten-week stay were tended to promptly. Plus, they are about the most pleasant people to deal with that you could imagine. Another reviewer mentioned that the property is located in the flight path of the airport. True, but the only time we ever noticed it was when we were grilling or having an evening glass of wine in the back yard (where we spent a lot of time), and it bothered us not at all. Inside the house, the double paned glass in windows and doors does a pretty amazing job of muffling any sound from outside. We found the location very convenient to our purposes. It's north of downtown near Loop 410, and everything we needed was an easy drive away. Furnishings were just fine. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the bath was clean and nicely furnished. Not high end, but perfectly good and better than average. And for the reasonable price, way better than a hotel.

Had a great time.
This duplex apartment was just what we needed. The location was perfect for visiting our nearby family. We stayed for a month. We were impressed with the way these older homes in the neighborhood have been remodeled and kept so nice. Everyone was friendly. John and Elise were very accessible and handled all our request. Elise supplied us with several baby furnishings and toys. We will stay here again.
