Always a top vacation rental, our home now can accommodate 15 people, and has become a favorite among our guests who come back year after year. You'll understand what we mean when you see this tropical paradise located right in the middle of San Antonio close to all of the major attractions. Enjoy our spacious backyard area with pool, grill, fruit trees, lounge chairs, yard games and more. With ample sleeping for even the largest of families, there's no need to reserve multiple hotel rooms, when you can enjoy staying together under one roof. You'll have the entire home , pool and property to yourselves (no sharing with other families), and also have room to spread out. Our adorable cabana (the fun house!) offers additional sleeping, as well as space for family to enjoy pool (billiards), tv, games and more!

FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

We are conveniently located on the northwest side of San Antonio:

-6 miles to Sea World, National Shooting Complex, Medical Center and Government Canyon State National Area
-10 miles to Lackland Air Force Base, UTSA, and SIX FLAGS Fiesta Texas
-15 miles to downtown Riverwalk, Alamo & more!

Our home offers 4 bedrooms (all located upstairs) and 2.5 baths in the main home with a 25'x15' guest house (containing 2 bunk beds, and a pool table), and we can accommodate up to 15 people. The bed layout is as follows:

Master: King w/ TV & ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ Roku smart TV
Bedroom 3: Queen bed & a single convertible bed chair(3 bed spaces)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Living room: Sleeper sofa
Guest House: 2 bunk beds (4 bed spaces)

POOL INFO
The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. We do manage a few different properties, some of which have hot tubs, so please inquire if you are looking for that amenity.

Other amenities include flat screen TV's - 3 tv's have their own Fire stick for you to enjoy your own personal apps. and IMDBTV for viewing free movies and news, in the living room and guest house and main bedroom. One guest bedroom has a smart Roku tv. Also included is wireless internet, stainless steel gas grill, pool table, modern kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, washer & dryer, and MUCH MORE!

If you're headed to San Antonio to explore and enjoy the attractions, or you're just trying to escape into your own tropical paradise, look no further. Every restaurant or retail store you can imagine is just minutes away!

My family/extended family of 14 had an excellent time here! The pool was great and people had fun hanging out and playing billiards in the cabana. Our group of boys also slept in there and it worked great. House had everything we needed. The large table and chairs for sitting under shade near the pool was also a plus. Beds were all comfortable, although pull out chair in one room was too firm for anyone in our group to really sleep on. Parking was easy; great location to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Overall this was a great property with plenty of room and a wonderful pool to beat this texas heat! We went to Sea World, the zoo and the river walk. This property was a great location for all the things we did. We would rent this property again.

Great Thanksgiving House!
We had a fantastic stay here for Thanksgiving with my family. It's well placed in the city, and an excellent property with easy entry access, and the BEST owners! Great communication, and willing to go the extra mile (Extra Propane if needed, and even offered to buy us a roaster for a Turkey! This was a great stay, and We will be back!

We stayed here for a basic training graduation and it was amazing. We had a great time and the hosts kept in touch whenever we needed them. I think the biggest issue we had were the amount of flies that kept coming in the house.
