Staff was not friendly. Room was small ( we was told it was a condo) so no cooking area. There was a couch bumped right next to the bed; then a small patio table against the wall. One of the lamps had bare electrical wires showing ( did not use) Heating and cooling didn't not work. Electrical outlet did not work in bathroom for a hair dryer.

Would have made more sense if I had a car and traveled with family. Completely equipped condo. Suitable for a family but I had it to myself. Not close to Riverwalk. Not walkable. Great, handsome bartender. Very attentive.

Rented a 2 BR 2 BA suite. After hours snacks are not available. No vending machines or room service. On my down time I unwind watching tv but most of the channels didn’t work. On the positive side the place is quiet. Nice to see deer walking through the area. The pool and lazy river were nice w plenty of available places to sit or lay down for sunbathing.

The place is great for a vacation. Check in is not very private as the stag is literally right next to each other making it difficult to hear what they’re saying. Grounds are beautiful and it felt safe. Rooms are very nice and peaceful. House keeping did not check or refill our shampoo nor did they leave us any washcloths of which there was only two when we arrived. We stayed for five days, While out seeing sites, we received a text saying that a technician was going to be in our room to check WiFi and that supposedly a supervisor would be there too. We did not appreciate that at all. Then we had a missed call from the front desk who said to disregard their call as they meant to call the persons staying in our room prior to our arrival. Additionally when the toilet flushed the pipes made such a loud humming noise I was afraid we’d awaken our neighbors. The spa and pools were amazing!

There was a lot of things to keep our family busy. The internet was out for a few days while we were there which was a little annoying but was nice in other ways because the kids couldn’t play on their phones and did more activities. We liked the nature trails and lazy river. Even found some golf balls along the trail because it borders the golf course.

The property was under construction and we were not notified before we arrived. Everything was closed and there was no sit down dinner or breakfast place. Not a great experience at all.
