Welcome to River Pearl, a spacious downtown house with modern amenities! Located in the heart of the city, our three-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring all that downtown has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area upstairs and a game room downstairs with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide free high-speed internet and TVs for your entertainment.
***Please note that the stairs are a little steep, so it may be difficult for those who have mobility challenges.

Outside, our unique gated, spacious front yard for outdoor activities with a gazebo, hot tub, stringed lights, gas grill, fire pit, stock tank cowboy pool, cornhole game, seating and 4 car private parking.

Our Tobin Hill neighborhood comes with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance such as the Pearl, St. Mary's Entertainment District, River Walk, The Alamo, AT&T Center, The Alamo dome, museums and theaters...

Our home is the perfect home base for families, couples, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in downtown. We welcome families with young children. The young guests would really enjoy our spacious front yard with a cowboy pool, cornhole game, soccer ball game...

Our max overnight capacity is 10, but we think it would be most comfortable is for 7, 8 adults and a couple kids. But if you feel you can be happy with all 10 adults staying together, then you are welcome to stay with us too :))).

I went with my family of four and both of my parents. There was more than enough space. The outside area is fantastic with the hot tub and the cowboy pool. Both the inside and the outside are so well maintained! The inside was great with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All of the appliances are very modern and everything worked perfectly! They even had cold waters in the fridge for us! I would highly recommend as the property owners were always available as needed. Had a great trip!

Great location and fun stay!
Everything was just as you see in the photos! We went with family and had 4 kids between 10 and 4 years old. They loved the game table and outdoor activities! It felt like we all had enough space to be together or take a moment for yourself. We did a lot of activities near downtown, so the location was perfect. We didn't walk anywhere, but could have. The drive was a nice quick one. They are putting up apartments right behind the home (as mentioned), but they seem to be working on more interior parts of it and we were not bothered at all by any noise. Everyone felt safe the entire time. My kids have already asked if we can stay here again! Thank you for offering a great getaway home!

Beautiful House, Amazing Host, and Great Location!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. A couple of minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in San Antonio downtown!

Perfect Place to Stay
This property is perfect. The location is perfect. You can walk to many different eating establishments every night and it is only a short drive to any of the downtown San Antonio tourist spots. The house has everything you need, and everything is upgraded including beds, linens and kitchen items. Everything is well thought out and organized. Now let's talk about the hanging out/entertainment areas. There is a perfect place to hang out on the first floor for family and/or friends. The outside area is absolutely perfect for chilling in the evenings. They have corn hole a hot tub and a Cowboy pool which is perfect for cooling off. We loved it and will be back.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for all attractions. The owners were very accessible and responded quickly and friendly to all questions. The only negative was the construction very near the house which was not the fault of the owners as all of San Antonio seems to be in a state of construction/renewal.

Fantastic Rental
This property was all that was advertised and more: working with the very responsive host was a breeze, the neighborhood by Pearl was very walkable and close to so much we wanted to do, and everything we could ask for was provided (plus, eclipse glasses were waiting for us)! The place was very clean and well organized, and rules/requests made by the host were reasonable. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Perfect spot!
We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was great. The house was very clean and well decorated and rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kids loved the outside area with cornhole and enjoyed jumping between the hot tub and pool. The location was incredible. Easy walk to the Pearl district which ended up being my favorite place in San Antonio. Easy onto interstate to get around and 5 min drive down to Riverwalk. Couldn’t be a more centralized spot! The host even accommodated us and allowed us to check out an hour late. Definitely book this place right away!!!!!

Great family house!
My entire family enjoyed their stay in this very clean, organized, and well-appointed home! We joked that the owners probably had a similar "OCD" personality as me since everything was labeled and organized properly! :) I also appreciated the locked gate in the large front yard. Awesome home in a great location!
Incredible space for a family, excellent location in close proximity to entertainment and dining. Within walking distance to The Pearl district where we visited the farmer’s market. Minutes to the zoo and River Walk. Owners are quick to communicate and were so gracious to accommodate a last minute unexpected request. Home is clean and the kids loved the downstairs area game table set up. Thankful for the coffee, tea and especially water stocked in the fridge (after a day at the zoo and another at Six Flags). Wonderful house beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and we just showed up with food and everything thing was provided! No worries we just had a great time with family! Our granddaughter graduated UTSA this past weekend. Our family enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub (great touch), the cowboy pool a little cold for us but a special touch! The property is close to everything in San Antonio! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners were gracious and always available if we needed anything! The property is very, very exceptional! The decor was really good, and the homeowner even asked if we wanted to have Christmas decorations set up. We took some Christmas pictures with our family! It was wonderful… It was a perfect place for our family to hang out and have a surprise party for our daughter who lives in New York. The homeowner reached out to us multiple times throughout the day just to make sure everything is good, and that our needs were being met… The security was great. The outside was great the patio area the lighting, there were just so many wonderful things about this property! We would definitely be staying there again. There was a slight confusion about the cowboy pool… We thought it was a hot tub. But it was too cold, so it didn’t matter anyway! Everything else was wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
