This lovely 3 bedroom (+ loft with bunk bed and futon), 2 bath home is located in the hottest area of San Antonio (the northwest I-10 corridor & the center of San Antonio's explosive growth). A tropical oasis, surrounded by palm trees and your own private pool and hot tub, provides a perfect combination of tropical outdoor living, central location close to everything SA has to offer, and a well-appointed interior. If you happen to accomplish your to-do list in San Antonio, be sure to take advantage of the easy drive to Hill Country destinations Boerne, Comfort, or Fredericksburg,

Let's start with everyone's favorite features, your private POOL and HOT TUB! The pool and hot tub are the center pieces of a spectacular backyard, complete with tropical landscaping, LOTS of outdoor living space, and of course, a big 'ole gas grill, perfect for grilling family dinner! The pool is surrounded a lounge area with four lounge chairs, and two seating areas with loveseats, chairs, and coffee tables. As you exit the back door, you can choose to sit under cover at the table, or choose from multiple lounge areas.

The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. Remember, however, this home does have a hot tub!

The interior is equally as impressive. There are 3 bedrooms with the following configuration:

Master: King-size bed - downstairs
Bedroom 2: King-size bed - upstairs
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds - upstairs
Loft: Bunk Bed (twin bed on top, and full on the bottom)
Living room: Click couch - downstairs
(note: master bedroom is located downstairs)

Other interior features include 2 baths, tile floors downstairs, ready to cook-and-eat kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TV's, wireless internet throughout, all tv's have Fire sticks installed to use your own personal apps and free IMDBTV for movies and news. , iron with ironing board, hair dryers, 2 separate living areas, 3 dining areas (eat-in kitchen, bar, formal dining room), nicely updated master bath (en-suite), and much more!

FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

An Air mattress is included for additional sleeping capacity, as well as a garage door opener for your convenience. Aside from all of the amenities, the location is perfect. Average distance to local attractions:

Needs an overhaul
Walking in the house was tidy. I rented this house to host my son and his family for a birthday celebration. Setting out the the cushions for the outside furniture, they are all torn up. The whicker couches are falling apart. The patio out back is cracked and chipped and many different levels due to trees roots. The palm trees in the photos are not even in the yard. Then you go into the kitchen and try to cook. Good luck! There isn’t a sharp knife in the house. I had to buy sheet pans. The kitchen light is non existent. I had to use the light on my phone to read something. The light coverings were cracked and duck taped together the pillows and blankets in the living room are so worn they need to be thrown out! . I expected much more from the photos and was very disappointed.

Quiet and very convenient spot to enjoy spending time together as a family! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and so efficient to operate! The owners provided very detailed instructions which made the stay stress-free.

It’s good for short stays and sleeps. We did encounter a cockroach inside and a possum scaling the fence. The thermostat was a little confusing even with the instructions. It would have been nice to know the ceiling fan situation/ glad we have the portable fans available. It got rather warm at night. Overall, enjoyed the amenities that were provided like the pool and hot tub.

My wife and I and four of our grandchildren loved our three day stay with lots of swimming and fun. Plenty of room for our group and while there might be a few maintenance issues, the pool was NOT one of them. Great communication from property manager. Quiet neighborhood near many conveniences. Easy access to several major highways.

This property was exactly what we needed and accurately described. Communication with the host and property manager were great, we needed to be in close proximity to certain things and they were so great with helping us with that. The property was very clean, and had the perfect amount of space for four adults and three children. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed that every morning and evening!! We will definitely book this again next year.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The house was very nicely decorated and felt very welcoming. We appreciated the little extras like the chips and salsa and the coffee. We had plenty of space for two couples. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Sadly it rained for most of our time so we didn’t get to use it. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Grandma’s house without Grandma
The location, price, pool, hot tub and the extra furnishing are 5 good reasons to stay at this house. San Antonio is hot, so a clean pool and swimming is possible about 8 months out of the year. We enjoyed the hot tub since our visit was is May. The house is located near UTSA. I was very impressed to see both a high chair and pack n play which we of course didn’t use since we were there for a UTSA graduation but I remember needing them when my guys were younger. The house had good instruction on operating the pool, thermostat, coffee maker etc. I would consider staying there again.

Lovely home away from home.
My husband and I booked this property as a treat for our family so we could visit Sea World and check out the river walk. We chose this property mainly for the hot tub and pool. It was a little too chilly for the pool, although the kids didn’t mind a bit. The hot tub was great for me though. Thankfully we did bring life jackets so they could paddle beside us on the cold side. Haha! Be sure to bring your own flotation devices/inflatables, as we didn’t see any if you plan to come as it warms up. There were one minor inconvenience. The AC was acting up, but a repairman came out super fast to check that out. The owner was on top of everything, and very polite in communication. This was a great location, fairly close, about 20 minutes away. Also, all of the bedrooms are upstairs with the exception of the master. We had intended to take the master, but gave it to my parents so they wouldn’t have to take the stairs during our trip. Even with the hiccup with the AC, I would highly recommend this property for a family getaway. It is super comfortable and would book again if we make a trip to San Antonio again.

Staying here was easy and convenient. Big grocery stores just minutes away and everything you need in the house for a relaxing stay. We loved the hot tub but didn't go on the pool since it was a little chilly in November. The twin beds upstairs are a bit squeaky but other that that everything was great.

Review of my stay
Unfortunately it was not as clean as most would prefer. Examples. You pay extra to have a vrbo with a pool. The pool was fine. But the dead fallen leaves all over the yard and in the pool made it hard to keep things clean in the house also. Small things that was just kind of off. You have an outdoor shelf for pool stuff that has a broken leg that was supported by a rock for the fourth leg. You have a tinfoil ball around the table leg to level it out. Showed up with debris in the sink. When I would message about anything the fine answer was it was clean when the cleaners was there. Or when I was having internet issues. The answer is well the nest is working. I’m not arguing that it’s not I’m arguing that other stuff isn’t working like the tv’s or the wifi to connect my work computer too. I had a light out. And once again. It was working when the cleaner was there. To be fair I don’t care what was working. I’m letting you know what wasn’t when I was there. I understand you can’t just send someone out for every little thing. But something more than it was working would be helpful.
