It’s time to relax and connect with family and friends in our 4 bedroom home that boasts a heated pool, custom patio and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchen area or lounge on the pool deck that overlooks a greenbelt. The living room has a huge comfortable couch, an accent chair and 2 swing chairs. Stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, await your culinary creations. WiFi throughout and televisions in each bedroom, plus living room.

The stunning patio compliments a gorgeous heated pool and is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining, grilling and relaxation. Everyone will have a blast in the custom heated pool that features a tanning shelf, umbrella, bubblers and an underwater bench. The depth ranges from 3-5 feet. With a grill at the ready, you'll be able to cook out and be the BBQ master impressing your guests. The greenbelt behind the home provides privacy and peace. As an added bonus, two relaxing swing chairs overlook the inviting pool below, providing a cozy spot for conversations.

Fiesta Texas, UTSA and La Cantera are nearby. Sea World is about a 20 minute drive. Target and H-E-B (local grocery) are each an 8 minute drive. Restaurants of all kinds are easily and quickly accessible. Adventure out during the day and come back to a peaceful place in the evenings.

Access is provided through digital keypads. You will be issued a door code that will be active during the time of your stay.

Your host will be available to answer any questions that may arise throughout your stay. We respect our guests privacy and will do our best to not disrupt our guests throughout their stay.

All of the bedrooms in this property are located upstairs.

A maximum of four vehicles are allowed at the property.

During cooler months (typically October-March), the pool can be heated to 85 degrees by advance request. To have the pool heated, guests will be required to pay an additional $40/day each day pool heating is requested. Guests are not permitted to adjust pool settings.

-Security cameras are located in the front of house and overseeing pool equipment.
-You must agree to exercise caution while using the pool. All guests swim at their own risk.
-Guests are NOT permitted to adjust pool settings.
-Bunk beds are used at guests' own risk. Guests are urged to exercise caution when using them.
-Please clean up after yourself.
-Dispose of trash.
-Adults are responsible for children.
-We are not liable or responsible for any accidents or injuries on property.
-No illegal drugs
-House is not childproofed.
-This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood please refrain from any loud noise outside after 9 pm.
-Please be conscious of staining that often occurs with oil based makeup, lipsticks and liners. Please make sure to remove before bed to avoid charges that may result from unusable linens. Black washcloths are provided for your convenience.
-Our property has a strict "no pets allowed" policy. If a guest brings any pets on the property with or without our permission, a nonrefundable fee of $500 will be charged for each pet on the property.
