Spread out & play in this roomy 4 bedroom/2 bath home located near St. Mary's University! You'll be surprised how much you get for your money! The house features a 600 square foot game room and a giant rooftop deck with plenty of gathering space. Located 20 minutes or less to the Riverwalk, Sea World, Six Flags, Lackland AFB, SA Airport & other area attractions, this is the perfect house to celebrate a special occasion or just make fun memories! Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

Inside you’ll find plenty of room for your group to spread out, play & relax. The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 people, and in the game room, a large sectional sofa with dual recliners can accommodate 2 more.

The spacious floor plan includes a large sitting area with desk and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals!

In the game room, enjoy playing ping pong, air hockey, foosball, boardgames & more! You will also find a 55” Smart TV to plug in your gaming console or enjoy streaming your favorite shows & movies. Smart TVs are also in the living room, bedroom #4 and on the rooftop deck!

Outside you will find the rooftop deck with a covered patio table that seats up to 8, a propane firepit and hammock. Relax on the front porch and enjoy cooking with the propane grill on the back patio.

Also included at the house are a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller & baby walker for your little ones as well as a washer & dryer stocked with detergent & bleach.

For Airmen Graduation
This place was perfect for my Airmen who graduated and brought a friend over for the day as that young man’s family did not come. We were able to play games in the game room. Easy drive to Air Base. I personally did not care for the neighborhood. Otherwise all was clean and sufficient for our family to hang out and visit.

Family Summer Trip ‘24…Big Success
We had a family of 11 (6 adults/5 kids) coming in to San Antonio for a Summer trip. This house lives wonderfully with space for all personalities. The bedrooms are spacious and the game room was a big hit for everyone. We had a small hiccup upon arrival and the Host was very responsive and continued to communicate throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this house for any family.

Great Location
The location is seriously 20 mins from everywhere we wanted to check out in San Antonio and 5 mins from Walmart for anything you need ! House was perfect for 7 of us ! Our 17 year old had his own room, grandma had her own room on lower level, plus we had ours and the other 3 kids shared a Very spacious room. Kids enjoyed the game room ! Nice set up Owners were great to communicate with also ! House is exactly as picture for style, which I love ! It is a 1950’s neighborhood as noted in other reviews, but neighbors seemed nice.

Family celebration
We visited San Antonio for a family celebration and this property was as advertised. We were a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and could have easily accommodated 8 adults. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The weather was a little chillier than we planned for, but the rooftop deck was a nice place to gather. The game room was nice to fill some downtime. It is about 15 minutes from most of the major attractions in the city. It is in an older neighborhood, but it was quiet. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to San Antonio.

BMT graduation - lots of room and games
We were in town for son’s BMT graduation, this property provided plenty of room for 7 of us to visit with our Airman, eat, play some games etc. Owner’s communication was great and was always quick to respond to any message. The driveway was tricky for a large van, however just had to go slow and have a spotter when pulling in and out - this was included in the communication from Owner so we were not caught off guard and would not be an issue for any regular sized vehicle. Overall a very good stay!

Family gathering for daughter's BMT graduation.
This location was great for us. All of the places that we traveled to (Airforce Base, airport, Riverwalk) were all 15 minutes away. The house was perfect for us to hang out and enjoy some family time together.

BMT Graduation
We stayed for my son’s Air Force BMT graduation & it was perfect! We had 9 family members & my son for 1/2 a day when he had off base liberty. Very centrally located to everything we needed access to. 18 mins from base, 20 mins to Riverwalk, 15 min to the Pearl district…very convenient. The space was really, very clean, and very accommodating. Ping-pong and air hockey for the young adults, lots of space to relax… The rooftop deck was great to just sit and talk…worked out perfectly! The owner was very easy to reach & timely with responses to any questions. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay to see our son graduate BMT. The house is a great location to Lackland. We were able to avoid major traffic. Great location to visit the Riverwalk. It was the perfect house for our family of 9 to relax and connect with our airman. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. Check in/out was clear and smooth. House looks exactly like pictures. The surrounding neighborhood appears a little rougher than we are used to, but it was quiet and the people were kind. I would stay here again for future trips to San Antonio.

Absolutely amazing!
I was very impressed with everything about this property. The house was tastefully decorated, up-to-date, clean, spacious and well-stocked. We had our family Christmas here so I did a lot of baking and the kitchen was perfect for that! We also really enjoyed the game room and outdoor patio! The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. The host responded promptly to my questions and was pleasant & accommodating. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and it exceeded all my expectations! Thank you!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay for my brother's USAF BMT graduation. Breakfast on the roof top deck was lovely and the house is very spacious. It was clean and comfortable with room for everyone to spread out. One of my favorite rental houses so far, I would stay again.

Awesome house
The house was an awesome experience. Everything you could ask for was there. It was just minutes away from downtown and the neighborhood was very quiet. Summer vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. When there was a problem with the AC he immediately went to work to get it fixed quickly for us. He was quickly responsive to questions and concerns. The home was perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the game room. We also found the location was good. It isn’t to far from any of the main attractions of San Antonio. I would definitely recommend this property!
