Bedroom 2 with king size bed and bedroom 3 with queen size bed and futon with a Jack-and-Jill bath between them. Additional bedroom suitable for children has bunk bed with trundle and full size futon. Spacious living areas with 55" Roku TV that has local and premium (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc.) channels. Professional karaoke system installed for your enjoyment! Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and larger communal eating area with seating for 12. Lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Single story house but the family/dining room has a small step down from the kitchen or bedroom wing. LARGE SWIMMING POOL in huge, landscaped back yard to lounge, hang out and play on the BRAND NEW PUTTING GREEN, or play ping pong on the full-size table set up in the garage. 7-seat JACUZZI (TM) HOT TUB! Great stay in San Antonio
My family truly enjoyed staying at this house! Very clean, very comfortable, and lots of thought and care were taken into account to make a perfect vacation rental. My family also appreciated the holiday decorations for this time of year. The location is also excellent to everything is San Antonio! We would definitely stay here again, if we travel back to San Antonio.

Beautiful home. Very inviting and comfortable. Well stocked, including pantry. We all enjoyed the ping pong table, especially our teenage granddaughters! A great place for relaxing in warm weather with the pool, hot tub and the mini golf area. Great neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

Communication with the host was fast and easy. They worked with us on our special requests and made this special time with family extra wonderful. The property is everything that's advertised and more. So much to do, in a quiet neighborhood, convenient location. Kitchen is well stocked for making those memorable meals! I cannot say enough about this property and our experience! Highly recommend!

Cousin Reunion
We loved this house and highly recommend this house. Wonderful neighborhood, clean, perfect for our cousin reunion. Didn't use the pool, the water was a little chilly for us, but made good use of the hot tub, putting green and some of the games. There were five of us, plus one local San Antonio cousin (he didn't stay at the house)....and plenty of room for all of us. We'd definitely stay there again!

From the time we booked the house our experience was great. The house was and property was amazing and had plenty of space. This location is so peaceful and quiet! It is the perfect distance from a lot of tourist locations. Was very quiet and peaceful...nice to come home to that after a day full of crowds. The pool and spa were perfect to wind down in before bed. I felt like at home in this beautifully decorated home. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the roomy home. The character of the home was so nice. The pool was big and always cool water so on the hot days of June it was nice to get in. We would stay here again. It is also not far from seaworld.

A group of friends and I stayed at the house in early August amid a heatwave. The pool saved our trip - it was refreshing, clean, and a perfect size. The backyard was a great place to hang out after our daily activities amid San Antonio. A very relaxed feel.

Great Home in San Antonio
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The owners are very nice and the house was comfortable, clean and the yard space was amazing! There is lots of room for entertaining but for our family it was all about the quiet relaxing space this home offers. Plus it is literally 10-20mins to the Alamo, zoo, riverwalk and only a hour to Fredericksburg or Gruene. You won't be disappointed booking here.

Great place for a family!
We stayed here with our 5 children and everyone had plenty of room. Very clean, pool well maintained, and everything you could need in a home away from home. Close to the airport and just a short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!
