Let's start with what I liked, the staff were super nice, the location was ideal for my business trip, and the pool was nice. Lots of good late night food within walking distance. But not a whole lot more to do besides eating, and drinking. If you don't rent a car, it's not far from a lot of cool stuff if you get a lyft/uber. And the room was very affordable.
Things I didn't like: the location is in a rather dangerous neighborhood, especially later at night. Lots of mysterious loud noises from the outside. The exercise center is not very functional, parts were missing on the machines, which was a bummer, hopefully that gets fixed soon. And the pillows are not regular sized.
Overall I'd recommend this spot if you're on a budget, and don't mind being in the hood. The hotel itself is clean, soundproof rooms, and perfectly cold upon arrival.
