America’s Worst Value Inn !!!
They didn’t have keys to the room. Had to wait for someone with a master key to let us in...took a while. Also without a key, we couldn’t leave unless we propped our door open. Tv was a very old tube one that the picture was going out on. Blanket on top of bed was so thin we had to use our own to stay warm. Would never recommend to anyone nor will we ever stay at this chain of hotels again.

Horrible, dirty, filthy and rude manager
1. Rude manager. Insisted the room was clean 2. Filthy room, roaches on the floor, sheets stained with reddish brown circles, pillows were brown and yellow with water marks all over. Dirty qtips left in the chair. Floor was stained all over and smelled like urine. 3. Policy is to cancel 24 hours in advance. We booked 5 minutes before we walked in, got charged a cash deposit for 1 key, they refused to issue 2 to a room with 2 adults checking in, went to the room while dodging the rain gutters swaying in the breeze, saw the disgusting room and promptly left to sit in the car and call travelocity. They couldn't do anything.

Worst motel stay ever. Dead bugs in room urine stains on floor and toilet. A/C hardly worked and the vents were busted to pieces. When I went to talk to the manager about it she cussed at me yelled and called me a liar. Will never ever stay at any of the best inns again. Disgusting place. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

It’s cheap but still overpriced for what you get.
They advertise breakfast but only have 2flavors of stale cereal, and expired mini honey buns. The sheets were dirty, the air conditioner was falling apart. The pillows were super flat, would have been better without them.

Avoid this hotel chain. Staff uninterested in job
We booked this hotel outside the core area because events in the same timeframe made the downtown area prohibitive for our budget. However we never expected the poor quality of the service we received. We had parcels sent to this motel and even indicated our check-in date right on the parcels, yet they were returned back to sender. The breakfast we received in the morning were bare minimal. The coffee tasted terrible. There were no bakery or waffle items. Even the cereal were of an inferior quality. In the room, the beds were at most full size even though they were advertised as queen. There were no toiletries supplied. And the bathtub could definitely not be described as clean. We would definitely avoid this hotel chain in the future.

My Spring Break
I booked this trip because I have a son that lives in San Antonio. I was accessible to him. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Had a minor with the tv and the mgr took care of the problem in a very timely manner. I will use this hotel on my next visit. Didn't have to worry about my vehicle being broken into. And that was a BIG plus for my husband! Thanks guys

Dead flies on the toliet cover and in the tub like something recently died in it. mold and stains. Coffee looked like it had mud in it. Not worth a 100 dollars for a night.

Stain towels, horrible breakfast, the bread has expired (Feb 21), the coffee has more water than coffee, the waffle maker is dirty, the taste of the waffles so bad, no juice. When I tell her for the stain towels she tell me the towels are ok.

Filthy place and very unprofessional service
The room was very filthy and you can see lot of sticky residu on the phone and other places, the sheets had stains all over, they were washed and cleaned but had stained that couldn't be removed and it just felt gross to have them on so I slept without a sheet. The air conditioning was loud and very dirty to touch buttons. The staff was very very unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to any one.

Do not stay here
It was a horrible stay. Thank goodness we carried our own blankets and pillows and towels. The coffee was old and had mildew all around the coffee maker. The continental breakfast was more like cereal and milk. Everything was dirty and just not something I expect to be listed on hotels.com

When I got there, the receptionist took off and wasn't seen for like 15 minutes until she came back. There was another person there but they didn't take care of me. The room lacked extra towels or a floor mat in shower room. No hand towels. AC made loud noise so kept off. Place location was nice but definitely needed more attention.
