Adams Guest Full House, King Williams Area, Southtown

This cozy extraordinary 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfectly located in the Historical King Williams Area. Lovely streets and a five minute walk to great restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. Southtown area is the best location for anything happening downtown, convention center, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Especially perfect for Uber/Lyft guests or you can just walk.
Both bedroom have a queen sized beds with crisp linens. There is a dinning table in the in the main house ,perfect for breakfast or to work on. The second room also has a table and its own mini fridge and microwave for those couples that don't like to share. 😀
Each have beautiful bathrooms which are clean and bright with a walking in showers.
There are 3 TVs, each bed room has their own and there is one in the living room.
A fabulous BBQ area is the with a fire pit. A great place to enjoy the lovely night air.

Girls Weekend
What a stunning space! Relaxing and cozy. The beds are both ridiculously comfortable!!! The owners thought about all the extras to have on hand from coffee to soaps to comfy throw blankets. The Riverwalk area is just down the road so everything is in walking distance. Wonderful wonderful place!!!!

In the heart
In the heart of old San Antonio‘s elite housing area. Stay behind a wonderful old mansion with a great privacy and just blocks to great food and drink. Take the river walk all the way to the Pearl brewery if you want. Very clean and well cared for

Comfortable Cottage in Peaceful Neighborhood
The cottage is in a wonderful location; in a quiet, elegant neighborhood; yet easy to walk to river trails and many dining venues. The checkin/checkout process was very efficient. Lots of nice amenities and felt like home. Plenty of street parking. A nice neighborhood to stroll through. I will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting.

The guest house is located in an historic area of San Antonio which is absolutely beautiful and was close enough to walk to the river walk, Alamo, and numerous other historic buildings and restaurants. The house provided us with Everything and cutely decorated. Beds were very comfortable . It was a perfect choice for us and the host was easily reachable and provided us with all the important information.

Sisters’ Getaway
As we first walked through the gate, we were in a new world. A beautiful, shady, tranquil setting with our cottage sitting right amidst it. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one supplied everything you could have ever needed. We loved the proximity to the southern section of the Riverwalk and the BCycle station. I look forward to returning and sharing this little heaven on earth with my husband and friends.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and have a few that are at the top of our list and this place is one of them. Very clean, beds were comfortable, nice thick bath towels…we felt right at home. The host definitely had her renters in mind as there was not a lack of anything, even more than we would expect. The outdoor patio area was beautiful and even though the weather was hot, it was always nice sitting out there. If we had any questions, the response was immediate. The cottage is in a great area, so close to everything. If we ever return to the great city of San Antonio, we will definitely stay here again!!!!

A week in SanAntonio
Perfect stay! Cottage is walking distance to restaurants and a short ride downtown. You can walk on the river or neighborhood for exercise. Check out the Guenther House for breakfast. Wonderful stay would stay again.

Pretty, comfortable place to stay!
My friend and I stayed in this pretty little cottage while we attended a conference in San Antonio. It was in a great location - very quiet neighborhood a quick car ride to the conference center or couple blocks walk to the Riverwalk. A number of excellent restaurants were within a short drive (some within walking distance). During our stay, we encountered a minor quirk related to the hot water but notified the owners who were very responsive. There was some hair/dust behind a couple of doors but nothing that was major. Overall, it was a clean & relaxing place to stay with eclectic furnishings and very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!
