"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). "On arrival, we were told there was an event the next day. Then asked if that was okay. We said yes it was okay. The work on the event lasted until nearly midnight then a couple of people stood outside our room for another hour or so.
