As you walk up the front entrance, the beautiful, blue brick stands out and sets the tone for the rest of the house - you’ll find splashes of this gorgeous color throughout the interior.
When you walk in, you’ll be greeted with a bright & cozy cottage atmosphere. The historical wood floors lead you straight into the seating area. The comfortable chairs and leather loveseat allow for lively conversation with company - a perfect setting for happy hour drinks and snacks while the appointed Chef whips up dinner. The flatscreen TV is outfitted with Amazon Fire(3x the media access of a Roku). The amazing sound bar helps set the mood with nice background music or if you’re feeling feisty, a midnight dance party!
The kitchen boasts granite countertops and everything you might need for cooking delicious meals. There’s plenty of space for cooking alongside friends and family. The cool blue cabinets make this room feel calm and inviting, and the unique, minimalist décor makes it feel a little more like home. The appliances are top of the line and easy to use, including a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, gas range, stainless pots and pans, fancy cups and wine glasses, bar's shaker to create a mixed drink, plenty of utensils, and a full size refrigerator and dishwasher.
When dinner is served, everyone can have a seat around the authentic wooden table with fresh flowers next to the large plant with a lot of personality. The table seats 8. There’s plenty of room at the table for family-style gatherings during meals, cards, board games, etc. Bright light from all the windows make this a perfect place to wake up with coffee and breakfast in the morning.
Laundry seems to be a luxury while traveling, but here you’ll have a full washer and dryer as well as an iron & ironing board. You’ll find the back door to the patio and backyard area, decorated with outdoor lights and a tree.
Through the laundry area, you’ll find the third bedroom which includes a beautiful stationary desk that can be used as an office. With windows that cover an entire wall, we like to call this room (bedroom #3) the garden room. Don’t tell the other rooms, but this is our favorite room!
The garden room connects to the 2nd bedroom which has another entrance from the living room. There’s a minimalist approach to all of the bedrooms with an emphasis on comfort. Each bed is incredibly comfortable and the perfect place to crash after an adventurous day in town. Everything from the sheets to the pillowcases and comforters were selected for their comfort and soft luxury.
The geometric lines of the kitchen tile and backsplash are carried into the restroom. No need to bring your shower essentials - you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pump-bottles conveniently attached to the shower wall.
This space is roughly 1,250 square feet which is perfect for hosting Christmas, Thanksgiving and any other family gathering.
