Terrible service the lady at the front desk was great other than that I will never stay at this hotel again. I literally stayed one night packed up my stuff and booked another hotel and let them keep it.

For a three star hotel, this is worth the price. It's a little rundown, but clean, good beds, great staff. Breakfast had good options for Americans.

Exceptional staff. We had a group of 15 which included my autistic 13 year old. The staff was unbelievably serviceable, the food options great! We’ll definitely be back to San Andrés and will stay @ Sea Flower! Highly recommend for any autistic guests.

Well located, but property needs a refresh
This is a tired property that needs a refresh. It's a good value for an all-inclusive, well located in "El Centro" of San Andres's main town and steps from the beach and some cool restaurants. But I was disappointed that the bathroom was as dingey as it was. The shower door was rusty and grimey. The sliding doors that opened to our oceanview balcony were old and got stuck frequently. Time for an update. That said, it's still a decent value, oceanview, and well located, and I'd probably go back.

Good location
Most of the staff were very friendly. A few were very basic in their relationships with the clients. No swimming pool in this hotel; you had to walk 300 m to Sol Caribe San Andrés to enjoy the pool and shows. But this makes the Sea Flower very quiet indeed. Great food changing every day. Room was nice and roomy but very noisy from the street (balcony doors did not shut well). Toilet was basic.

Best location! Great staff, very helpful to find entertainment and tour packages for you. Let them know you are coming with kids and they'll give you a big, quiet room.
