Private, safe and child friendly house
The staff at the house were kind, helpful and prompt to address any of our requests. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable but could use some repairs. We had a torrential rain one night and the rain poured into the house through doors and windows. The wifi did not reach most places in the house, so that was inconvenient when we needed to be inside due to rain. Overall, the location was on a quiet side of the island, it felt safe and had a beautiful view. The pool was amazing and it was such a great experience to see iguanas, lizards and crabs in the yard, it was very exciting for our kids! They also loved playing on the billiards table. The Cook made incredible food and she has so much personality! She was willing and able to make any food we requested and all of her dishes were delicious! Our kids loved everything she made, which is a huge win! We had an amazing trip there and would recommend it for anyone wanting to visit San Andres with a larger group or looking to be further away from the city.

Como en casa!!!
Excelente servicio y comidad. Fue un fin de semana muy especial, la atención de Cristina, de doña mercedes, de Vladimir y Antonio fue maravilloso. El sabor de las comidas, La especialidad de vladi en todos los momentos hicieron de los 4 días una experiencia para no olvidar. Gracias a todos por su amabilidad. Muy recomendado!!!

MÁS QUE UNA ESTADIA UNA EXPERIENCIA
No es Cristina, tampoco las personas que trabajan en la casa, mucho menos el paisaje y las comodidades, en realidad el conjunto de todos ellos hicieron inolvidable mi viaje. Cristina con la atención, preocupándose por cada detalle de mi estadía y la de toda mi familia, Saber que el personal siempre tuvo una sonrisa para mis solicitudes, para mis necesidades, para darse cuenta que mi hijo de 2 años por ejemplo necesitaba una toalla extra para salir de la piscina. Compartir con ellos fue toda una experiencia, la casa es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, esta ubicada justo al frente de la mejor zona de buceo de la isla y hasta para hacer snorkeling para los que no son profesionales es una buena opción porque no hay oleaje fuerte y puedes acceder de forma sencilla al agua. En mi caso alquilé dos carros lo que me facilitó mucho la movilidad pero pasaba bus en frente cada 15 minutos y pues los taxis que te llevan al centro tambien están disponibles a cualquier hora del día o de la noche. También celebré allí mi boda, la fiesta fue espectacular, con pocos invitados y privada, y quiero aprovechar este mensaje Cristina para darte mi másgrande agradecimiento, porque tu hiciste realidad mi sueño y el de mi esposa de una boda inolvidable, todo se prestó para que el lugar fuese perfecto, además porque todo alrededor de la casa es perfecto para ello, en áreas verdes y ubicación para no molestar con el sonido, también con el fácil acceso a la zona verde donde realizamos todo y de tu parte siempre hubo apoyo y confianza en mi palabra porque se que no es fácil acceder a alquilar la casa cuando de por medio hay un evento, pequeño pero evento al fin. Tu eres un ángel Cristina y estaré siempre agradecido contigo desde todo punto de vista eres una gran anfitriona y en mi nombre y el de toda mi familia hiciste de este viaje un momento inolvidable y maravilloso para todos. PARADISE!
I went with a large group of friends and we stayed for 4 days. The compound is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The main house is immaculate. Most of the house overlooks either the ocean or the green mountain. A lot of comfortable spaces and different hangouts within the property. The landlord is beyond attentive. She was always readily available to accommodate our needs and gave us sugesstion as to what to do on the island . This is truly an outstanding place where to stay. We'll be coming back for sure.

Increible casa en San Andres
Estuve con mi familia durante 5 dias y pasamos unas muy agradables vacaciones, la casa es tal cual la puedes ver en las fotos, los empleados son muy serviciales y Cristina siempre esta pendiente de que este muy confortable. La casa esta super equipada y esta en un lugar muy tranquilo al frente del maravillos mar de los 7 colores, No creo que haya mejor lugar en san andres! Muy recomendado!

Great Location and Service
The Description of the property is bang on, what you see in the picture is what you get. The pool has a great temperature all day (for March at least). The air conditioners are in great shape, we had to asked couple times to elevated the temperature as it was cold inside the house. The property is well maintained by Sra Mercedes which cooked our breakfast everyday. She prepared a delicious "arepas". Also, Manuel (the housekeeper) was always ready for us, he helped me to setup the BBQ and the Jacuzzi. The transaction was very smooth and reliable, every time I asked a question I received an answer in less than an hour, and many times only minutes. I recommend this property if you want to relax and be away from the downtown. We didn't experience the beach close to the house as it was deep, and I was traveling with my daughters. However, we hit every beach recommended by the owners, and it was great! I especially recommend the beach at the Hotel Isleno, and donde Francesca; crystal clear beach, with white fine sand. All you can ask for a beach at the Caribbean. We will come back to San Andres, and no doubt where we are going to stay.
