Finca Arroyo del Valle is a beautiful house with a fully fenced plot of approximately 8000m2, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. It is located in San Andrés del Rabanedo, a municipality in the province of León, within the autonomous community of Castilla y León.

Nestled in a natural setting just 4 km from the center of León, it’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy our welcoming city and its surrounding province. We provide maps and information about the city.

Access to the house is via a 400-meter dirt road.

It has 5 bedrooms, two with double beds and the others with single beds.

The house features large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Spacious and pleasant, it has all the amenities you might need for a stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and fully equipped kitchenware—perfect for adventurers and those seeking tranquility alike.

The house has a large living room with a fireplace and two full bathrooms.

On the lower level, there are two areas: one used as a wine cellar and another as a recreational space with games like billiards, ping pong, frog game, darts, board games, etc., making your stay even more enjoyable.

There is also a porch where guests can relax in a cozy chill-out area and enjoy meals at a couple of tables.

Two barbecues are available—one wood-fired and a more modern gas grill—as well as a paella burner.

We offer the option to order a variety of homemade croquettes.

A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
