"Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "

"The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. "Pasamos unos días muy agradables en la casa, está en un entorno bello y es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Los dueños fueron muy atentos, tuvimos buena comunicación en todo momento. Llegamos un domingo a las 7pm y estaban todos los comercios cerrados. "Family run business of 3 generations. Very nice people. The restaurant downstairs often went out of their way, staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small, no kitchen nook, but very comfortable. "
