"We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue was getting through the gate our first night because we didn’t know Spanish, but we arrived much later than we expected. The security guards were very friendly during our stay as well. "The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!"
