"There is SO Much room in this adorable Mountain Home to completely spread out! After looking at others in the area we are so glad we chose this Gem.The view is amazing, and there is AMPLE heat in every bedroom and bathroom! We fully intend on staying here a couple of times each year while visiting my Dad in Hope.At first glance everything looks squeeky clean, but as usual, a few days in, you start to notice minor things. The plumbling (mainly draining of sinks & showers), needs to be worked on, but I imagine it's an old house. There are no baths, but there are 3 showers! However, there is not a large hot water heater, so space out your showers accordingly. "

"The views from this VRBO were absolutely breathtaking, but unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by some serious maintenance issues. The most unpleasant part was the overwhelming rotten egg smell, which permeated the entire property. It became clear that the water lacked proper filtration, and the odor lingered throughout our stay, making it hard to enjoy the space.Once we noticed that issue, other shortcomings stood out even more. The lack of rain gutters meant that the entrance was constantly dripping wet, and the hot tub area was also affected, with water dripping down even after I shoveled the patio above in an attempt to clear it. Speaking of shoveling, it was disappointing to arrive and find the patio covered in snow, despite no snowfall for four days prior to our stay. The property had clearly been plowed at some point but not before our arrival, making parking a slushy mess. For the price we paid—over 800 for two nights—these details should have been taken care of.This could be a fantastic rental with some basic improvements, but as it stands, the lack of maintenance made our stay frustrating. I hope the owners take these concerns seriously because the location and potential are there—just not the execution.But despite all these shortcoming the views and the privacy are amazing This keeps it constructiv"

"This property was perfect for our last minute ski trip to Schweitzer! While it was a long drive from the mountain it was well stocked with all the amenities we could need and the kids especially enjoyed the Nintendo switch!The only thing I would say is to make sure you have a capable 4WD vehicle as it is deep in the woods with a lot of hills and turns and a big hill down to the driveway that gets icey. "
