The house is new, modern and luxurious. It can sleep up to 7 adults. On the ground floor there is a fully equiped kitchen, dining table, sitting room with fireplace, a bedroom, a wc with 1 simple shower and a hydromassage shower, large terrace, private swimming pool with jacuzzi and water fall, shower and sunbeds. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a bathroom with jacuzzi. There are gardens around the villa and unlimited plot for parking. There is also wifi and cleaning service. The traditional village Paleocastro which is 200m away is popular for its bakery, famous tavernas and friendly people. There nearest beach is about 4km away.
