"Great hotel, perfect for the old town, just across the road. We stayed two nights and had a slight issue with the keycard. The receptionist was very helpful in gettingbit fixed, advised us on places to visit and gave us a small bonus. The breakfast available was outstanding, fruits, freshly made omelettes, all the standard items. Plus sparkling wine if needed! "

"Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel. All staff attentive, polite in background unless you need them. Location was great aswell only 5-10 min walk to old town"

Was very convenient to explore the Christmas markets and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is clean and safe. My room was serviced every day. The hotel lobby bar was quite nice, food was good. I would definitely book another stay at this hotel. "
