4- to 6-person apartment - ski shuttle at foot

Our apartment is located in a new 5 ***** residence with possibility of access to swimming pool, Spa, Sauna Hammam (extra). It is ideally located in the city center close to shops, the ice rink and the tourist office. The apartment is very comfortable for 4 to 6 people and has 2 bathrooms (one is in the master bedroom) and the second separate with bathtub shower. You also have two separate toilets.
You also have a large balcony of 14m2 offering a superb panorama of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
Our apartment has an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher) as well as all the utensils worthy of a chef's kitchen.
You have a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a large flat screen TV connected to broadband Internet with more than 300 channels available.
To make the most of apres ski, you will find a relaxation area on site with a swimming pool and SPA center (jacuzzi, hamman, sauna, Nordic bath, etc.) for € 25 per day per person and free for children under 3 years.
You have the ski bus at the foot of the residence, an underground car park and a ski room as well as the proximity of shops and the pedestrianized city center.
Many services can be made available to facilitate your stay (on request):

Very nice well located flat One minute walk from the ski shuttles (all day long!) Car could have stayed in the car park all week nd we enjoyed the longest possible ski days Dishwasher was unfortunately out of order (these things happen) but the concierge was very helpful Perfect place for families or friends

Excellent property in central location. It’s set up perfectly for a week skiing, parking and access to the hotel facilities are a real bonus. For a family of 4 on a budget it’s a cost effective way of visiting samoens and easily the nicest looking place I could find. We have booked again for Feb 1/2 term next year already. Thank you!

The property is lovely, and given that the skiing was mixed with good snow on the higher slopes, and nothing very much by the midstation the facilities the property offered gave us plenty to do during the afternoons.

Excellent Family Stay
The property was spotless on arrival, the equipment and amenities all seemed brand new and everything was thought of. The location of the apartment was first class, 2 minute walk to the centre of the village and a 5 minute walk to the GM gondola, it couldn’t be more convenient. The underground parking was a huge bonus and access to the first class spa was out of this world for tired ski legs! Fanny the concierge was great, nothing was too much trouble. This place is a real gem, 10/10 and we will hopefully return again in the future.

Brilliant holiday!
Stayed here for 9 nights, perfect location. The apartment was great for 4 adults and a dog. View of the mountains from the balcony was lovely especially when having breakfast or dinner. Use of the pool was superb, we were there end of June/beginning of July so still quiet and had the pool and gym to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely come back. Basement parking a bonus especially in the hot weather. Fanny who met us to hand over keys and show us where to find the appartement was delightful.Thank you.

Great location right in town but very easy access to gondola too.
The property was really clean and homely. The kitchen had most things, but a few essentials were missing, like a grater, and while there were more mugs than you could ever use, there were only one or two chopping boards and they weren't in a great state. The beds were incredibly comfy and there was lots of cupboard space, though the draws in the lounge were filled with fondu sets and hot plates you're less in need of than a drawer to put all your ski gloves and goggles for the whole family in. The place needs hooks! There was loads of wall space for hooks, from which you could hang ski jackets that might be a bit damp, towels, your hats and scarves, but there wasn't a single one! There was a cuckoo clock that delighted us all at first, less so at 1am!

Très bonne location !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Samoens. L appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé. Tout en étant en centre ville, la localisation permet de rejoindre des sentiers de randonnée à pied, ainsi que la base de loisirs du lac aux Dames . Nous recommandons vivement !

Luxe appartement met een goed uitgeruste keuken en inpandige parkeerplaats. Weinig omgevingsgeluid, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Maar, gebruik van het zwembad is per 2024 niet meer toegestaan door Alexane! Ook niet tegen betaling.

appartement irréprochable
l'appartement est grand, lumineux, il est super bien aménagé. la propreté est irréprochable, il n'est pas précisé mais il y a une deuxième TV dans la chambre parentale. on peut tout faire à pied car dans le centre. Le seul bémol en ce qui nous concerne c'est que pendant 2 jours il y avait l'entreprise paysagiste qui taillait les haies, les arbres et tondait les pelouses avec de l'outillage plus ou moins bruyant aussi bien le matin de bonne heure que dans le début d'après-midi.

Fabulous apartment in central location
The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and spotless! I really appreciated being able to log in to my Netflix account! I have stayed many times in Samôens but this has been the best apartment. Fanny, conciergerie was great, very helpful. I will definitely be booking again.

Résidence récente fait partie d’un hôtel / restaurant avec espace bien être. Avec place de parking en garage sous-sol. Appartement bien équipé, mais lave vaisselle malheureusement hors service. Très propre, concierge répond vite par SMS. Beau village avec commerces à proximité. Navette directement en face, mais pas utilisé. Donc emplacement, appartement, concierge = top

Une agréable semaine à Samoëns !
Appartement bien agencé, à proximité immédiate du centre, literie de qualité, et on dort bien sur le convertible aussi malgré le matelas plus fin par définition. Belle grande terrasse avec vue sur le Criou et les montagnes environnantes. Garage en sous-sol, accessible même avec un coffre de toit sur un monospace, le plafond est très haut. Ascenseur depuis le garage vers l'appartement, aucune marche dehors ni dedans, impeccable en chaise roulante. Cuisine très bien équipée, avec en bonus de quoi faire une fondue, raclette, plancha et grill. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et avec le service de conciergerie sur place. S'il fallait vraiment trouver un défaut, l'absence de support de papier toilette dans les 2 WC... Mais ce n'est pas insurmontable ! Super séjour donc, sans piscine car fin de saison, mais nous avions été informés avant réservation. Je recommande absolument !

Très beau logement au calme en plein centre de Samoens. Nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de l'appartement. Les petits extras (piscine...) de la résidence sont également très appreciable. Le propriétaire est disponible même si nous passons par une conciergerie. Petit bémol sur l'organisation de cette dernière en terme de temps pour la prise en charge de l'appartement a l'arrivée et au départ ( un temps d'attente important). Nous recommandons ce logement.
