I'd happily stay there again but it's not a place I would take my wife on a holiday. The price point that fits her needs is at least two to three times what I paid. "We enjoyed our stay at the Villa de Soledad. It’s located in a beautiful setting and right near the trailheads of the Pico Bonito National Park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! "

"My wife and I are birders and the lodge offered some great opportunities photographing them. There were many hummingbird feeders with plenty of birds around at all times. There are several good trails we walked early in the morning and were pleased to see many toucans. The cabin was clean and the AC cooled it in short time. The food at the restaurant was excellent and varied, and the service was even better. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the quiet of nature and the convenience of the modern world (Wi-Fi worked great in the cabin)."
